On July 29, 2025, at approximately 10:45 AM, I picked up my order. Upon arrival, I found my smoothie sitting unattended outside the mini refrigerator. While standing in the designated pickup area, I was not acknowledged or assisted by the staff member present, who actively avoided eye contact. After waiting for a while, I had to alert a passing staff member to inform them that my order was left on the counter. By that time, the smoothie had become noticeably watery and lacked its usual consistency.
Unfortunately, this is the second time I’ve experienced disappointing service at this location. I hope steps are taken to improve both customer service and order handling to ensure a better experience going forward.

I’ve been to this location three times: once just to pick up a delivery order, and twice for myself.
The first time? Fantastic! I ordered a chocolate peanut protein smoothie that made me feel like I had just made a life decision worth bragging about.
The second time? Let’s just say it was… less “smooth” and more “meh.” Same order, totally different vibe.
I even reached out to corporate about it a few weeks ago. Still waiting to hear back—maybe they’re busy blending my email.
The staff here does seem friendly, but between the lack of follow-up from corporate and my not-so-great second smoothie, I can’t really recommend this location.
Tried to order pickup, called to tell me they were out of the bowl, told me I had to come in to get a refund, ran my card, but kept the tip I had given them, then told me there was nothing they could do about it. How about you hand me back the money out of the register. Never again.✌🏻

The smoothie king workers have the worst attitude and even worse smoothie skills. Specifically the crew working now around now at 7pm on June 29th 2025. They messed up my order and gave me attitude for it. They didn’t make my entire drink and rushed the process and made some vile bullshit that tastes like Chalky Water. Any other time has been acceptable, not amazing as most other smoothie kings I’ve ever been to, are.
Terrible service. Garbage drinks. Needs new training and I wish I had time and patience for a refund but I was ready to throw the bullshit drink they made right at them. I come here for a treat, not to be treated as a nuisance and burden all while paying my hard earned money.
It was time to leave this place for the last time.

I have been going to this location since it opened. I watched the employee today add more ice and put the smoothie back on the blender. Both smoothies i received were watered down and full of ice chunks. Extremely disappointed. I took both drinks back and they did remake them. And on the remade smoothies, a piece of metal was almost swallowed, possibly a nail charm. They really should wear gloves.
