Placed a mobile order at this Starbucks. Ordered Oatmeal with steamed milk. When we got to the window Abby asked us how to steam the milk. I was under the impression that the staff would be able to make the items presented on the menu. She then informed us with an attitude that “their water was already hot”. Her attitude continued to be rude as she handed us the wrong drink and sent us on our way. Much to my disappointment my hot caramel coffee ended up being an ice cold “hot” chocolate. Usually have a good experience here, but not today.

We walked in here on a cold day wanting coffee on our trip to Nebraska. The workers were very friendly and we ordered with a lot of ease. The drinks were made really quickly, granted we were the only ones in store. The set up was interesting with a lot of benches and chairs, giving it a cozy feeling.

This particular location I work at the hospital I love to get my coffee but the last couple days getting my coffee at very poor service people acted like they didn't want to work and the coffee was so weak I had to add more coffee at my job $13 for two coffees can you please get it right

I love going to this starbucks but nowadays they dont know the difference between iced chai and cold brew. Every time i order a ice chai recently they hand me a cold brew. Thats 2 different things. One tried to gaslight me to saying that is a chai…. Like what?

First time ever in this location. From start to finish everyone on staff who helped me today was top notch. I ordered a my coffees and a pup cup for our dog for her first one ever. All the staff was so polite and kind and thoughtful.

This particular Starbucks is a efficient. Sure there is limited space but the Founders and Directors usually cultivate over here if you are looking for business inspiration from others! Also they have lumbar supported seating so you can actually stretch SO good after a long session!
