I love going to this starbucks but nowadays they dont know the difference between iced chai and cold brew. Every time i order a ice chai recently they hand me a cold brew. Thats 2 different things. One tried to gaslight me to saying that is a chai…. Like what?

First time ever in this location. From start to finish everyone on staff who helped me today was top notch. I ordered a my coffees and a pup cup for our dog for her first one ever. All the staff was so polite and kind and thoughtful.

This particular Starbucks is a efficient. Sure there is limited space but the Founders and Directors usually cultivate over here if you are looking for business inspiration from others! Also they have lumbar supported seating so you can actually stretch SO good after a long session!

PLACE WAS CLEAN THE SERVERS WERE NICE BUT MY SERVER WAS KINDA SHY AND RESERVED. THE ENERGY DRINK WHICH I TRIED FOR THE FIRST TIME ( CITRUS FLAVOR) WAS SO DAMN GOOD!! IT HAD VERY LITTLE SWEETENER WHICH WORKS FOR ME BECAUSE I AM TOTALLY SUGAR FREE DRINKER. ATMOSPHERE WAS VIBRANT MOVING AND GROOVING DUE TO MANY ATTENDEES. ATTENDEES WHO WERE HAVING MEETINGS, GATHERINGS ETC….

Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE this Starbucks. The service is always top tier and the food and drinks are, to me, made better than any of the other Starbucks in the area even though I know they use the same recipes lol. But come on now, you gotta admit this is an excessive amount of ice for a drink. 4 sips and my drink was practically gone 😩

It’s Starbucks!! Smaller size but service is top notch.
such a hard working location. i mostly always order through the app and they are always on top of it even with a long long line. the store is packed 80% of the time and they do the best they can and even that is more then enough for me. very hard workers and they should be appreciated more. i love & appreciate every worker there!

Couldn't make hot chocolate or hot coffee at 7:30 in the morning because the steamer wasn't working. Was only able to order cold coffees and dri as. Who wants that on a 20 degree weather day!? Not me!

I came in and expected to place my order with a neutral if not polite employee, but the cashier Alyssa was hostile and rude immediately and seemed like she didn’t want to take my order. Upon looking at other reviews I see this location is known for racist and discriminatory employees. It took 20 minutes for 4 drinks and the barista Holly didn’t announce one drink the entire time. I understand being in a rush but to have such a hostile demeanor in a customer service position is bewildering. I will never set foot in there again and by the treatment I received that was 100% their goal. (If you’re a person of color do not go here because they do not want to serve you and will make it known).
