Went here this morning and holy cow did it take forever. There was a staff of about 10 people and it took forever. They prioritized the drive through which they should, but for anyone that came in they had one girl making all of it! It took over 10 min for one drink it was crazy. And the drive through wasn’t that busy either. Not one of the best ones I have been to for sure. And their prices are getting out of control. One drink was 7 bucks! Ugh

Stopped by tonight to get a Carmel Apple Spice, roughly at 8:30. Received the drink, but it was absolutely disgusting. When I arrived home, it looks like someone mixed apple juice, and (what looks like milk???). The drink itself was not the most pleasant tasting, and was a mix between bitter and watery.

I love the mango dragonfruit with a scoop of strawberries and Xtra dragonfruit pieces. The line today took too long today 12/20/23 you would of thought we were at portilios.

Note to management. Typically I go here and it is great service. I rarely drink coffee. However, lately the staff has been rude and attempting get customers to enter there own card information to try and get tips.First of all, the drive thru window is literally 5 feet away from us.Secondly, that takes up entirely too much time and we are already waiting long enough.Lastly, I can understand wanting to get tips during the holiday season but you can't force that responsibility on Starbucks customers.Starbucks is a billion dollar company. I'm tired of corporate companies attempting to put the burden of higher wages on the people rather than pay you guys higher wages.This is unfortunately happening everywhere, even subway.I don't mind giving a tip when I can but every single visit is obsurd.This is a poor practice regardless. Please stop. Sorry, I understand it but you will cause a bad environment if you continue to use this method of customer responsibility. Just give me my order next time please.

This is the closest Starbucks to my house and have been there hundreds of times. The staff seems pretty consistent in that they do not seem to have a lot of turnover. I see the most of the same faces every time I go there. The food and drinks are consistent most of the time. The drive thru line sometimes moves quickly and other times it's insanely slow. I think it depends on how many Frappuccino orders are in the line. The less the faster the line is. They have plenty of seating inside for working or meetings and they have a nice outdoor area when the weather breaks.

This is a good location to get you work done at. The team works hard to get the drinks out quick. Their customer service is fantastic. The inside is always clean...not too loud on the music. Kind of the Goldie Locks Starbucks for me.Today I punched in my order while sitting in the store like I normally do but the app ordered a hot drink and the young ladies knew from my frequent visits that something was off...so before making the drink they stopped to ask me if that was correct or if I meant to order my usual iced drink...that was an awesome move and exactly the reason I camp out here...the people that work here are dedicated and try their best every day. No one is perfect...but some are better than others...this one is definitely better.This is one of my favorite locations in my entire sales territory (IL and IN).

Stopped through the drive through on my way into work this morning and the customer service and genuine kindness of the staff truly made my day. They have a great team that works there, always efficient and polite. and the young mang with the Kangol styled hat was truly a gem.

So I'm an uber driver of the highest caliber. While politely waiting for an order for Charles, the young lady screams out Mary has 8 drinks ready and 1 more strawberry splasher coming.All drinks were just on counter, no carrier.Lady asked for a carrier and young lady snaps, drink carriers are right there.So finally I announced politely I'm waiting for an uber for charls, lady snaps, we are busy.I say thank you and since your so snotty, I'll cancel.Very poor Munste Statbucks. Maybe staff should visit dyer Starbucks to learn how to treat people, busy or not.God bless pray you do better.

Ordered a few drinks here via the app and they were prepared quickly. Oddly, though, both my espresso and my wife's coffee seemed like less volume than they should have been. (Sounds strange, but we both thought the same thing.)
