I only eat two things from Starbucks and neither one of them have anything to do with coffee. LOL However, I love the impossible breakfast sandwich and the pumpkin bread. They are delicious every time! 😊

My cashier was Alyssa. She was unwelcoming, offensive and confrontational as all heck. My sister who is a Starbucks employee was using her discount and the cashier asked her if she was the person on her photo id. Mind you, my sister had already provided her work ID number. It was disappointing because we were actually in a great mood coming in. What a downer 😔.

The staff here really needs to check them themselves. They’re extremely rude. They didn’t even have the courtesy to say hi I stood there for 15 minutes. They only had two drinks to make and all I asked was do you know how long it’s going to take, she’s stated “ no no I don’t” we don’t appreciate that kind of attitude in the service industry. Starbucks is dying anyway and they really need to check their staff and train them properly!

I love how they care for people. They ask your name they get you a proper order. They make sure everything is fine. Incredible customer service if you ask me. On top of that their products are stupendous. I wish they still had their cranberry dessert available. I didn't know it was a seasonal thing.
