I came into Subway in the early evening in the woman who was taking care of me was incredibly rude she also had quite lovely Afro but it wasn't covered or pulled back at all. For all the times I've been in there I've never had someone be so rude as if I was being a bother that she has to make my sandwich which by the way was subpar to what I usually get when I go there.

This subway is terrible they not have cup holder. Never buy again. If the client buy 4 drinks how you carry.

Them gals that work here has very stressful attuides n they never greet there customers but the lady with all the art work on her arms n wear glasses is beautiful n some of the ladies need to know the rite amount of roastbeef to put on a footlong

I paid almost $30 for two sandwiches! Why does a sub sandwich cist $13??? Are these tariff prices??
The employees there weren't the friendliest in the world, but the two women did their jobs, so no biggie.
I still think it's crazy that a couple of sandwiches cost almost $30 😅😅

I went to the Munster location which has multiple signs on the door stating that they’re open until 10 pm. I went there at 3:34 pm and I pulled on the door but it was locked! The girl behind the counter just stared at me as I repeatedly pulled on the locked door. She didn’t make an effort to communicate me, she just stared! When I was three steps away from my truck, someone opened the door and called to me saying they’re open. I’m walking around with a leg injury. I was very frustrated and just left. It’s almost as if the inmates run the asylum. It’s unlikely that I’ll be back anytime soon…
The Caucasian lady with the nose piercing was very rude. She got an attitude because I asked for more lettuce. Then she wanted to go back and forth with me about the salad dressing in the bottle versus the individual packets saying that they are the same, so she wouldn’t have to take the 2 seconds to put it in the container. Just FYI they are not the same to my taste buds. Then I get to the register with an older Caucasian lady. My Apple Pay was up and ready to go, but I noticed the screen to pay was not up, so I said the screen is not up, and this lady says “you need to follow directions”. That was it for me. Needless to say I did not complete the purchase. Hopefully people read these reviews before patronizing this business especially if you are black.

Normally don’t complain about food service workers since I know what kind of things they put up with but I walked in tonight a half hour before closing and was told they were done taking customers for the night because they had to clean. I’d understand if came in 10 min till close but this seems like a bit of a problem
