The worst experience ever, subs were cold, not toasted, order a BLT it barely had bacon 2 thin slices and 3 slices of tomato, lettuce you can barely see it. Bad experience don’t buy from this place again

I would find a different location. This is the second time I've gone in a month. This last time, some of the meat was browning. I feel like im rolling the dice when I eat here. Ill drive a little farther next time

I ordered my mom ultimate Italian but when I say it was terrible and dry bread burned nothing on the sandwich at all asked a manger she said bring it back unfortunately I live in Chicago I ordered it for my mom no corporate number because they are a franchise child please won’t be ordering from here no more

I came into Subway in the early evening in the woman who was taking care of me was incredibly rude she also had quite lovely Afro but it wasn't covered or pulled back at all. For all the times I've been in there I've never had someone be so rude as if I was being a bother that she has to make my sandwich which by the way was subpar to what I usually get when I go there.

Them gals that work here has very stressful attuides n they never greet there customers but the lady with all the art work on her arms n wear glasses is beautiful n some of the ladies need to know the rite amount of roastbeef to put on a footlong

I paid almost $30 for two sandwiches! Why does a sub sandwich cist $13??? Are these tariff prices??
The employees there weren't the friendliest in the world, but the two women did their jobs, so no biggie.
I still think it's crazy that a couple of sandwiches cost almost $30 😅😅

I went to the Munster location which has multiple signs on the door stating that they’re open until 10 pm. I went there at 3:34 pm and I pulled on the door but it was locked! The girl behind the counter just stared at me as I repeatedly pulled on the locked door. She didn’t make an effort to communicate me, she just stared! When I was three steps away from my truck, someone opened the door and called to me saying they’re open. I’m walking around with a leg injury. I was very frustrated and just left. It’s almost as if the inmates run the asylum. It’s unlikely that I’ll be back anytime soon…
