Swordfish was extremely overcooked, dry like cotton. Steak was underwhelming for the price, could have got a better steak at Applebees. Rigatoni Vodka was not a real vodka sauce. The restaurant is nice & the service is good but the food is seriously lacking. If you want to present yourself as a higher scale restaurant you need to have a high scale chef who knows what they're doing.
Food and service were excellent Calamari is the best in the area My sreak was done to perfection
The place was great! Looked great, food was great, great service! I'll be going back again
We visited Fiori on a Saturday date night and the ambiance alone made it worth the reservation. The space is beautiful, romantic, and intimate. We sat at the low tables by the window and it gave a soft Paris vibe that set the tone for the night. The tableside cheese wheel pasta, however, fell short. The presentation felt flat and the staff member preparing it seemed inconvenienced. He only offered fresh black pepper. When I asked for truffles, he responded by explaining that they're $800 per pound. I wasn't asking for the market report, just the option I'd seen featured on their IG. He also didn't ask if I wanted Parmesan added. The pasta itself was delicious and came plated with a full chicken breast, but the experience leading up to it didn't reflect the price point. Our server and bartender were the highlight. Warm, engaging, and knowledgeable. He gave great recommendations and circled back after making our cocktails to be sure we enjoyed them. My cosmo was tart the way I like it, though the bright pink color surprised me. My rule of thumb is that the best cosmos are gin based and blush toned. My husband had an Old Fashioned with Basil Hayden and enjoyed it. For dinner he ordered the vodka pasta with sea bass; he liked the pasta but felt the fish was a bit dry and overcooked. We'd return because the atmosphere and service were lovely. I'd just hope for a more refined tableside pasta experience next time
An issue arose with our meal that was handled professionally by the staff. Staff was very apologetic and went above and beyond to try and rectify the issue. With that being said...probably wouldn't eat here again.
The chicken parm and chicken Marsala were about the level of a brand new cook or worse. No flavor
I know this place for about 20 years. I've seen its golden days and not so good times, under all kind of management and styles. However, I don't think it has ever reached such a low point as today. Within past year I went there three times. Every time I thought was not their best day or it was just me. None of these. The food is okay and the drinks are still fine. But the service its a joke, and the vibe just weird. No matter what, it used to be the place to go in the neighborhood. May have been the place for the nurses from the hospital, or just the mom's bar, or just a family place to watch the games. Not anymore. It has become a strange place into a familiar neighborhood, with no identity and no charm.

Received a Birthday discount card and we decided to try it. took 6 family members, all agreed good food but we've had better at other Italian restaurants. Service was excellent and we had a good time. Will try it again soon.
One word: Dominic! This waiter is the epitome of professionalism and grace. Dominic honestly made the experience overwhelming wonderful. He was truly knowledgeable about the menu and had great feedback. The food for me left a lot to the imagination. I ordered the brisket with truffle fries and garlicky spinach. The spicy bbq sauce was great and had the right hint of spicy and sweet. The brisket is dry and fatty, but it was seasoned well. The spinach didn't taste very garlicky at all. However, the bread was delicious! I would come again just for Dominic's service and to try something different on the menu.

Do Not order the calamari grease on grease on grease. The meatball appetizer was ok tender without flavor. We left after apps fearing what was going to be presented for dinner. And still managed to spend $80. Came here because of the reviews and made a mistake, if you like fine dining in NWI theres only one place to go and it isnt this place. Waitress was great, wasnt her fault the food sucked.

We tried this restaurant for the 1st time for our anniversary. The "Fall" inspired drink I had was excellent; the wedge salad was excellent; our dinners (veal scallopini; rotini with different meats; chicken parmesan and lamb chops were absolutely delicious.) However, as for our appetizers - we were told our cold shrimp would be very large (they were average and tasted like they were out of a frozen shrimp bag and really were not presented well) and the crispy calamari was far from being crispy. Being that it was our anniversary, we were surprised the restaurant didn't offer a complimentary dessert. But, we will give this restaurant another try but forego the appetizers!
The food was great and the chef came out and spoke with us. Everyone was very friendly.
