The food at Wendy’s is delicious as me personally I got the fries and a chocolate chip cookie and overall it was good. The service was amazing as I got my food efficiently and the atmosphere was what stuck out to me as I went to the two windows I met two wonderful people with great personalities that brightened up my day.

This location has seriously gone downhill. They regularly messed up one of my family members orders as the request was no tomato on the spicy chicken sandwich. It always came with tomato. I ordered recently a Baconator, no ketchup, no mayo, extra mustard and extra pickle. What they gave was a spicy chicken sandwich with mayo, lettuce and tomato. We will be patronizing other locations who care about quality control.

Whomever was in charge of hiring the staff, really knew what they were doing. The customer service is amazing. The service is so excellent, I love frequenting the restaurant, because I’ve always greeted with a smile. My fries are always hot, the food is always fresh, the service is prompt, and the environment is clean the way I am treated in this restaurant, Matches what I call old-fashioned customer service. It is always a pleasure to visit this restaurant.

Ordered a jr bacon biggie bag yesterday, and a crispy chicken sandwich. Only thing that was hot was my fries. Burger cold, chicken sandwich cold and taste stale. Won’t be returning I’d rather go to McDonald’s.
