The customer service is awesome at this Wendy’s. Particularly Ginger. Ginger stands out from the rest of the employees there. She’s always super friendly and helpful. She seriously needs her own franchise. 5 stars. More fast food service should follow Ginger’s customer service attitude

I came to this location in Munster for breakfast as I was charging my car and Ginger was awesome. She really took care of all my needs and helped me pick out some great new menu items. I will definitely be back and hopefully she is here again with that great personality and service.

I haven’t been here in a couple months but I went today n it looks like they have a new set of people n I’m loving it even the one tall light skin girl in the front just smiled n made me feel so welcomed let the improvement keep going

Wendy's food has really gone downhill. Soda machine is impressive but the food needs to be much better. Service is lacking

Usually I love Wendy’s and I am normally disappointed but not today. This Wendy’s had the proper staff, great work ethic and teamwork. Kudos to the manager who has apparently learned to care for their employees and makes them want to work.

I have to brag on the customer service of this Wendy's location. I often have issues with my orders from here, but they are always corrected immediately. Tonight they out did themselves. I ordered a pop from a different Wendy's and the employee from the other Wendy's lied to my face about my Coke freestyle order being right when it was very obviously wrong. I went to this Wendy's and mentioned how I was trying to order the right thing after the other place messed up since I can't have sugar or caffeine and they remade my drink the right way and didn't even charge me for it. I would definitely choose this Wendy's over other locations in the area!

I just got a $5 biggie bag and my burger tasted like someone purposely poured salt all on my burger. I couldn't even swallow the first bite! Horrible!
