The long haired African American girl working nights taking counter orders and wearing a headset needs a lesson in food safety and customer service. She repeatedly cussed at and about the drive through customer who needed extra time to decide. She touched all of these items in order with the blue gloves on: freezer door, raw chicken, handle to put chicken in fryer, breakfast sandwich items in the warmer, pulling up fries, onion ladle, onion/burger handle, freezer door, frozen patties, buns to put them on the onions/grill. I left after that. DISGUSTING. 🤮

This location is a hit or miss. I had. A feeling this was gonna be a bad experience today and I was right. The chick with the long nails didn’t even try to comprehend what was going on. I was overcharged. I told her with the issue was and did the whole whatever look. Was there longer than I needed to and something that coulda be done in the first minute. Took about 12 minutes. Such a waste of time and she also purposely got my order incorrect.
