I like Arby’s but it is a little weird that I always have to pull forward and wait because they don’t have the stuff I order ready. Also the drive thru person made fun of me for ordering a bunch of sides. 🥺 As a vegetarian I like Arby’s because they have a lot of side options so it just kinda sucked to hear them making me feel bad. Everything else is okay though I guess.

Customer service at this location is truly lacking. None of the front counter workers want to do their job and leave your food sitting at the warming station until you ask for it. Get employees in there who actually want to work. Customer service is always horrible and wait time are always long.

I tried to order two large meals. Both came out small. Also ordered a wrap and got a sandwich. They never gave me a receipt so I can't call corporate. I wanted two meals and they didn't get me one of the meals. Need to open their ears and listen to their customers.

I ordered a chicken wrap no lettuce add bacon. I paid an uncharged for bacon. Small fry. My fries were cold. My wrap had lettuce and NO BACON. I called the store to inform them of their mess up and was HUNG UP on. No apology given no offer to make things right. People's work ethics is trash. Won't be returning.

A very disgruntled employee “Alex” works here. I ordered through the drive through and was astonished by the rudeness over the speaker. Once I got my food my husband and I both agreed the fries were freezing. I went inside to ask for new fries and “Alex” said ugh and chucked the fries into the trash. Sorry “Alex” you had to make new fries.

There’s a gentleman that currently works there that cannot hide his unhappiness and resentment for his job (understandable, but not my fault). No acknowledgement initiated while waiting in the drive thru for a bit, only to then be met with agitation and condescension in the brief exchange that took place while trying to order. If he’s that petty with the headset, there’s no way he’s not petty with the food.
