There’s a gentleman that currently works there that cannot hide his unhappiness and resentment for his job (understandable, but not my fault). No acknowledgement initiated while waiting in the drive thru for a bit, only to then be met with agitation and condescension in the brief exchange that took place while trying to order. If he’s that petty with the headset, there’s no way he’s not petty with the food.

Incorrect order. Charged for bacon when I didn't get it. When I informed them, they ignored me. When I questioned them, they said they don't give out free food. So I said keep all your food and give me all my money back. All over a dollar. These people are idiots!

There was no one in line other than me I asked for horsey sauce with my order then again asked if they got the horsey sauce at the window and was told yes. I get home no chichen wrap and no horsey sauce!

Went to the drive-thru on Friday night, there was not anyone there in front of us. Ordered our food and pulled up to the window. They took our money and sent us forward to wait. Behind us two more people came one of them was served and went right through. We waited a little bit but not too awfully long. When the young man came out with my food I was talking to my wife and didn't notice him right away. He gave me a very rude look and did not say a word to me. Just shove the bags into my car. When we got home the food was horrible! I ordered two brisket sandwiches. Couldn't even eat the second one. Didn't have the necessary ingredients on it, and the onion rings were obviously what was left in the bottom of the tray. I've been very disappointed recently in Arby's and I will never go to nappanee again

I understand that fast food isn't always fast,but as I was already waiting awhile I didn't want to pull forward to wait longer for 2 small sandwiches. The lady working was rude and bitter about it for some reason. So she thought it would be clever to walk all the way outside to service people behind me. Then proceed to get my order wrong. I understand your busy but to be rude is just unkind and unprofessional.

Used the drive through today for my grandma. The order was wrong (forgot to put in 2 ranch chicken wraps, only had 1) so I went inside to grab the extra chicken wrap. And the manager called me a liar while simultaneously calling the cook incompetent. She must be a peach to work with. When I got to the car it was a BBQ chicken wrap (which my grandma cannot have), not ranch. Will not be returning and will 10/10 talk trash about this place and manager.
