The staff was so nice! We went out to the tots play area and they brought our food right to us (not at all expected). It was perfect for littles with a smal slide. And when I went back up to the counter to ask for some ketchup pactets, they were so nice again. Best service we've had in a long while!

Giving the crew at this location 5 stars for exceptional service last two times I’ve gone. My order was a special order and I know it had to of been a pain, but they did the thing, and it was on point! Always polite, and it made for a brighter evening. They deserve a raise!

This place needs some help. I think that not all the employees get the same training… twice an employee has told me about a coupon fundraiser thing they were doing and both time I paid for it, and they didn’t deliver. I mean it’s only a few dollars, but both times I was supposed to get a coupon for a free drink and I never got either of them. It’s frustrating because I don’t have a lot of money to just give away. It’s already a luxury to get food out anyway. And I spent way too long in the drive thru. Then the lady had to ask me what I ordered after I had paid and waited for ten minutes. Really sad. Won’t go here again.

This specific Burger King is incompetent af. Order a sprite they give you a soda water. You order a honey mustard chicken wrap with no lettuce no tomato and the give you a chicken strip wrapped in a tortilla no sauce. They say sorry it’s been crazy. You have two cars in the drive through be fr!
