The waitress was nice and I don’t have any complaints with her. However the food, I was very disappointed. I don’t write negative reviews without thinking through first but I rely on reviews to make decisions sometimes so here’s my opinion. We love authentic Mexican food and wanted to try somewhere new. I got the Texas sizzling fajita. It was not even remotely sizzling and had literally NO flavor at all! Not even a hint of salt! It was the most bland steak and chicken ever! The only I tasted was oil and bland meat. The shrimp wasn’t edible because it wasn’t even cooked all the way. Menu said the steak, chicken and shrimp was severed with peppers and onions & there wasn’t one single pepper and the onions were weirdly all different sizes and some over cooked drenched in oil and others big chunks not cooked all the way. I love guacamole and it literally just tasted like puréed avocados! No salt, chunks or any flavoe to speak of. My son doesn’t like Mexican food so he got an American dish and his cheeseburger wasn’t even edible his fries were good. My husband meal wasn’t good either! Gave 2 stars instead of 1 because waitress was nice and chips and salsa were good at the beginning.

Got to say it was delicious the best here in Michiana area so far. Could use a little work on making sure the order has everything on it. It was very busy do to the Apple Festival but they did a fantastic job at getting us seated. And yes we got a piece of the 7foot apple pie lol. I live in Georgia now but I will visit this restaurant everytime I come back !

First visit, passing through Nappanee. We had a wonderful lunch, served quickly and hot at a reasonable price. I enjoyed the chimichanga served with melted queso cheese over it. I also loved the homemade salsa that was NOT watered down like other restaurants. Thank you Cielito Linda!

My son and I love Mexican food!! We know that when we go to El Cielito Lindo, we will have the best service, great food and we are happy when we leave. One thing is for sure...always consistently great food!!! Thank you!!!

I went with a big group and had a very positive experience. I'd go back for sure! The decor is festive, food is delicious, and service was great!

At the end of a long hot day I was hunting for some real Mexican food and a few ice cold beers.....FOUND IT! The food was amazing, the service was even better and yes the beer was ice cold.Fair pricing, great menu, easy parking and casual dress is totally cool.

Poor service. Cold food. Took all of our food to the wrong table then brought it to our table. I ordered fajitas and they never brought my shells, also never saw the waitress to even ask for them. If I could give this restaurant 0 stars I would. I will never return here, as it’s a waste of time and money.
