Nappanee bakery has the BEST treats! The cookies, cinnamon rolls, whoopie pies, fresh bread, and more, are all delicious!! They also have delicious lunch options. Haystacks and taco salad are my favorite.
I used to really love this place, but lately…the friendliness factor is greatly lacking. I love supporting small businesses, but I do not like to feel like I’m inconveniencing someone by choosing to spend my dollars there. Plenty of other choices in town.
My husband and I were in the area for a fun weekend getaway. We drove past this commons building/indoor mall and had to check it out. It was so cute and quaint with shops ranging from antiques to fashion, purses, jewelry, even some gorgeous live slabs of different trees to make into tables, etc. The one place that o can't say enough about is the Nappanee bakery within the building. Everything looked fresh and yummy. I ended up buying a loaf of white and wheat bread along...
