ordered 2 blizzards, waited a while in line. Got to the window , paid and received melting blizzards. when I requested them to be tipped over per their policy server stated wasn't aware they were to do that and couldn't because they were sitting there a while and melted. Said should get free ones per advertising. He said I already paid so he wouldn't remake or anything and closed the window on us.

customer service in drive through on Saturday night was horrible. the line was extremely long due to dine in not open. I was playing with my grand daughters who were getting antsy in back seat and the guy came in speaker and says" look.i told you three times just a minute". that was rude and unprofessional since I was not even talking to him.
