The drinks are generally good, but honestly just feels like the staff are unwelcoming and rude. The manager needs to work on trying to be a bit more pleasant to customers.

Found all things I needed with ease at this store. Prices could have been better, but the options never disappoint and I am always happy to find all my need despite the high prices. The self check out employee was very rude and I would recommend her being put through some customer service training.

I stopped here December 17th around 11AM. The girl that took my drink order was very nice and sweet… the girl that made my drinks was rude and she didn’t make the drinks right. I ordered shaken espressos and she put the milk in a cup with ice then poured the espresso over it… she didn’t shake it and the espresso made most of the ice melt and the drink was watered down. Instead of complaining (even though I should have given how expensive the drinks are I should at least get them made right) I just took my drinks and said thank you and she gave me a dirty look and then walked away.

Basically you buy coffee for a over the top price cause it has toppings and what not. I'm old fashioned like to brew a regular cup of coffee n add creamer. But Starbucks is great and the selection is many just not my go to.

the Starbucks manager was working this morning. VERY rude. also order what I get all the time, and she gave me a coffee with carmal flavor only. if I wanted to pay 5 bucks for that I would have gone to Scooters and git it made right.

honestly some were nice but the girl who took my order with blond hair and a braid in her hair was rude. got mad i wouldn’t swipe my card when i had a gift card SHE WAS SUPPOSED TO SCAN and after said “ohh i scan that” like yeah so don’t be rude with me about it and she didn’t give us the crunchies in the carmel frappe that I ORDERED

Pharmacy techs were very rude. Drive through was closed. I called the store and told them I couldn't walk into the store to get my meds due to being nauseated. They said they would make an exception. Pulled into drive through to get meds and was berated for driving while nauseated. I told them that I needed the meds tonight and no one else could get it for me. I appreciate them opening it for me, but not how they talked to me.

Need a job done and it done right!? These are the dudes. They can tow anything! Literally. Everything from tire mounting to semi towing they are a one stop shop on most machines. Support your local business or call them from 30 miles away they'll rescue ya!

Paid over 5 dollars for a large white hot chocolate, just like the day before but got a medium. When I asked about it the girl was rude and insisted I was wrong. Other than that good hot chocolate.
