Guy at counter sighed deeply, then said what do you want… which set the tone for the rest of the order… poor service, he clearly made it known we were troubling him and he would rather not have to take our order. Which explains why the place was empty. I’ll skip this location in the future and go to the one in the next town over.
I was struggling with the Subway app, and my orders weren't going through. But Troy and Trista were fabulous at helping me fill my large order. They are efficient and friendly and super helpful!
My first choose for subway is normal here but recently I have done this two different time used the app to order to do the buy one get one half off. Both times now they have messed up the online orders it’s a let down. The first time I called and they did fix it but this time it’s not worth even calling because I am absolutely not driving back over to even explain it again ? outside of that it’s very clean and the people are sooo friendly! Just don’t order online.
