Stumbled into the place by accident. Was in line for subway and the 15 dollar subs did not seem worth it! I opted for the buffet. It was awesome and salad bar was fresh and well stocked and good.

Their pizza is really good, but the past few times I’ve been there, the final price doesn’t seem correct. Today, my order was about $5 more than what it should be. Turns out they rang me up for a more expensive pizza, crossed it out, and wrote the pizza I ordered in. This is terrible service in my opinion. We used to get pizza from Mama Nita’s often but went less when we started being charged a wrong amount. Now we will stop and get pizza elsewhere.

We ordered one pizza at the Mama Nita's Pizza store located at 1506 1/2 North State St, Greenfield, IN 46140 and had it delivered on 7/15/2023. Beware of the total price when you charge your card with them, charges were added after we signed and when we complained to the Manager, she said that the delivery boy was a good boy and implied that he never would have added charges to our bill. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Today I ordered a half taco salad and a full taco salad for pick-up. I have been ordering salads from them for many years, and they were always large, well put together salad. So, today we decided to order for the first time in a while. What a shock. The full salad was somewhat smaller than when we ordered before, but not significantly. But the "half salad" was a joke. It was probably not even a fourth the size of the full. The full salad was $9.99 and the half was $6.99. This is ridiculous. Rest assured this is the last time Mama Nitas will get any of my business and I would highly recommend thinking twice about ordering from here. I have attached a couple of photos.

What a rotten place for a customer. Their motto is Thr Customer isn't always right! Don't waste your time at either location. Hope the Board.of Health closes them both. SURLY customer service. SURLY management. Owner claims to be a WItch then condemns Christians when I tried to report the problems to her. Wait staff was arrogant and initially refused service then served others before my family. Locked handicapped bathrooms because they are so dirty. Refuaed ti give me the Senior price because I didn't look old enough. Go somewhere they treat your family like human beings. You can go anywhere for lousy service and lousy food and this is one of those places.
Very fun and friendly atmosphere. The prices are much more reasonable than other pizza shops in town and the food is superior.The buffet is always fresh at peak meal times, but is available all day. The employees are always happy to freshen it up :) Cheese sauce is available upon request. The bacon barbecue chicken is awesome!

In all fairness, I am giving this 5 stars because of the fact there is no better option in New Palestine. If this was comparing to all pizza buffets, it would be 4.5 stars. So while not the absolute best, it is one of the best I've had. I am lactose intolerant, but I still go here when I am in town for lunch. Definitely worth it!
