Manager (Rob Jinks) at this location has no customer service skills, very rude and disrespectful, definitely should not be in a management position. Another customer took my order so I let the worked at the counter know and they got the manager (Rob), the manager resolution was telling I should take it up with that customer that walked straight out, I even showed my online order to him and he said "you can show me your phone all you want it's not going to change anything"

Very sad to see an elderly man request a glass of water and was told no even though he purchased food. Another gentleman offered to pay for the cup and was still told no by the manager and 2 other employees! Every other establishment gives water for free with a purchase.

I arrived home and realized that they completely forgot my child's chicken nuggets in his happymeal. I tried to call them. Phone rang multiple times with no answer. I went ahead and just gave my son my chicken sandwich, instead of driving all the way back.
I stop at this McDonald's frequently because it's the one I pass on my way to work. If you stop here I highly recommend checking your bag before you leave. They always forget something in my order and I work another 20 minutes away so I can never go back to get what's missing. Today it was my hashbrown. A couple days ago, I paid for an extra sausage in my platter. That was missing, so just check your food.

I was there at a non-peak time period so the service was prompt and courteous and efficient. I had come away from an annual physical appointment and wanted to have the big breakfast, but arrived just as they were doing the lunch change over. Put on the plus side I got the first batch of fresh french fries, so I didn't miss the hotcakes and sausage too much after that

As Rating compared to other McD's restaurants. There were clean tables and facility. The staff was a pleasure to engage. Service was fast. Meals were hot. They made fresh coffee just for me. As always.... Wheelchair parking and accessability, Kid friendly, And adequate parking.
