I ordered a mobile order two large unsweet teas, one medium french fry Five packets of mild salsa. went to pick it up the girl that was serving my food to me dropped one of the picante packages on the floor, which looks like it hasn’t been cleaned all day. Long said gloves picked it up and dropped it in my bag right on my french fries. Well, looking me right in my face. I told the other boy that was working with her. I don’t want these fries. They’ve been contaminated so he told her she doesn’t want these fries. She turned around and said there’s nothing wrong with them took him out of the bag went over to the fry holder shoved more fries into the same container put them back into the same bag with the same picante sauce. The boy handed him back to me. I asked him for a manager the manager after I explained what happened to him and said well yeah sorry that happened to you then I told him what she did. He was like well they threw the other fries away and I told him they put the fries in the same bag he was like yeah well probably. At this point in time, I’m over it so I took my drinks. Left the fries on the counter and walked out.

Visited this location on a Sunday evening between 5 and 7 pm with my daughter. We ordered in the kiosk, and our food was prompt, hot, and fresh. Everything was correct and service was terrific. My daughter is 7 and is finding her confidence so she asked to go ask for something herself and the you man at the counter was very sweet and patient with her.

Horrible every time. Never salt on the fries, I’ve never left with a correct order, always missing something or something incorrect. Zero social skills, hardly understand or speak English and they just smile and laugh at your frustrations. I’ll drive to the east side to eat before I go to McDonald’s here anymore. So unfortunate!

Well for starters getting rid of the owner/ operator/GM /Supervisor that young girl that is very rude and aggressive that's no way to be to run a business Very bad service she threw a bag and was saying rude things and then the guy at the register started saying things not good

Manager (Rob Jinks) at this location has no customer service skills, very rude and disrespectful, definitely should not be in a management position. Another customer took my order so I let the worked at the counter know and they got the manager (Rob), the manager resolution was telling I should take it up with that customer that walked straight out, I even showed my online order to him and he said "you can show me your phone all you want it's not going to change anything"

Very sad to see an elderly man request a glass of water and was told no even though he purchased food. Another gentleman offered to pay for the cup and was still told no by the manager and 2 other employees! Every other establishment gives water for free with a purchase.

Big improvement on the food especially on the evening shift. Also it's nice to have 24 hrs open again , night shift are very nice people. And the freshest food.
