My experience was bad. I'll stay away from there from now on. I suspect it wasn't cooked fresh or that it had been setting around for a while. I ordered one pepperoni and one sausage with breadsticks. I felt fine all day up till about 30 minutes after I had eaten their Pizza, it was last Sunday night. Then it hit me hard and I was in the toilet exploding. My stomach hurt the entire next day, I had to to work like that and just endure it. We don't get sick days, but I was sick. Buyer, beware never know what you're gonna get, I won't order again.

Had a bad experience elsewhere .. I don't eat pizza often and after all that Alexis saved the day on her shift this evening. She was just as pleasant as last time I had been there and I appreciate her .

Don’t order here for delivery they will say we will be there in 45 min or 2 hour but that will never come..I ordered at 9:45 pm it’s 11:00pm no one here and no one picking up phone ..hey Pizza Hut if you can’t deliver please don’t take order

My pizzas were not done. Spent $50 bucks on 2 large pizza plus tip. They were not done. Neither one of pizzas were done. Staff was nice but my food is most important

First visit to this location and very impressed. Very courteous and friendly employees, generous toppings and pizza still nice and hot when I got there for carryout. I'll start coming to this Pizza Hut from now on.

This location has to become better about communicating with guests. This isn’t the first time I’ve came in for carry out and it be 20-30 min after my designated pickup time before any of my food is ready. However, tonight there was an issue with their fryer. I wasn’t told anything. Just overheard the workers discussing it. I finally had enough of the waiting/zero communication and asked for my order without my boneless wings. In occasions like this, speak to your guests about the delay or even offer a substitution. I left with no offer of a refund or substitution after I stated I just wanted the rest of my order. Also, I have noticed the ones preparing food do not wear gloves. As long as they are following food safety guidelines and washing hands, etc. I don’t mind it however, one worker came over to cash out an order, handled money, and returned back to the food station without washing hands. Yikes.
Always quick, always right, and it close. I do wish they delivered to Wanamaker though.
