We had the Brisket and pulled pork Mac and cheese. Notice we didn't take a picture of the food? Well that's because we ate it up before we thought about it. It's really good food and the service was awesome. Great place to hit when going back roads between Cincinnati and Indianapolis. We will be back and I'm already looking forward to it! Take a drive on the back roads people!! Find the hidden places and enjoy it!!

I had the chopped brisket, corn casserole, and baked beans. Food was delicious, but the corn casserole was dry...it just didn't have that sweetness that I usually get from it. But other than that, it was a really good spot.

Everytime they have the tacos I HAVE to order them. That kickin ranch is my absolute favorite!!
All the young kids are so kind and helpful. Location is so cool love all the local art for sale too.

I grew up in the South. 32 of my 54 years in Virginia and NC. I've smoked pigs in the ground. I've shredded fresh pork. My very DNA knows good BBQ. This place is fabulous. So much so that I let the owner know on our way out. There was only one drawback - no vinegar based sauce. However, like any good Southern Woman, I went prepared because I know it's not popular in this area. If you love BBQ, THIS is the place to go! Parking is in the back, btw.

I got the brisket dinner with sliced brisket and it was really good and tears apart easily. ? I got banana pudding which I didn’t get a picture of because it was so good ?. I don’t care for the green beans. I don’t like the seasoning but the Mac & cheese was on point. ? I will definitely be back. The sweet sauce was good too.

Went to smoke and barrel for dinner on a Thursday night and they don’t have sliced brisket only chopped. Maybe not the best place to get your barbecue.

I ordered the chicken sandwitch and coleslaw, and both were delicious. My husband had the 3 meat dinner and enjoyed every bite. The portions are a bit smaller than most other places, but also tasted better than the others in our opinion. I do wish they had the spicy sauce on hand as sweet BBQ sauce just does something to me that makes me want to puke. The mustard sauce was very good, though. Hopefully, they have the spicy sauce next time we visit because I'm sure it will be good.
