I came in today at 11:00 am for lunch and the person behind the counter I don't know I'd she was the manager or what was completely rude never even egnoloage me or said I will be right with you I was prepared to spend a good amount for lunch but instead I left she didn't even try to stop me I don't know if she is the manager I see her there all the time so.iam assuming she is if this is the case she is terrible and needs to be replaced no customer service not even any eye contact this needs to be addressed especially in a small town

Everything about this subway is awful. The staff has always been extremely rude. The orders take forever. The food is always bad, even for subway. How is it that an order placed at 4:45 isn't ready until 6? On top of the 30 minute wait, the lady behind the counter has the audacity to continuously roll her eyes the entire time.

They told us that they “online orders” to do first. We waited and waited. They had three online orders lined up. It took them forever to complete one of them. They made us continue to wait until we got frustrated enough to leave. Thanks for ignoring us Subway. Goodbye

My family stopped in Subway around 9 PM (an hour before the store closed as posted on their door). There were three teenage girls standing next to the cash register, talking with the waitress. A young man began to take our orders and while we were trying to tell him what type of sandwiches we wanted, the waitress began to rush us by yelling down the counter, interrupting us and asking what we were getting so she could ring it up. We were the only customers in the restaurant at the time and it was about an hour before they closed. After the young man made one sandwich, she told him to go in the back and she started making our sandwiches while telling her friend what we were getting so that she could reach over the partition next to the register to ring up or order. The waitress wasn't paying attention to what we were telling her to put on our sandwiches and was putting way too much on them. I asked for just a few banana peppers and she put an entire handful on the sandwich, then was mad when I asked her to take most of them off. She put about a half cup of pickles on my child's sandwich when she requested just pickles and nothing else added to the sandwich. It was obvious the waitress was trying to get us finished and out the door, but we were eating in the restaurant. As soon as we sat down to eat, the waitress and the teenage girls disappeared down the hallway toward the bathrooms for about 10 minutes, leaving the counter unattended. When they came back, one of the girls (not the employee) went to the front door and locked it, 45 minutes before closing time. As we were eating or meal, two more teens came in the side door. The teenage boy was barefoot and he walked over to the pizza parlor side of the store and talk to the man working in the kitchen. Then the barefoot teen walked behind the counter and into the kitchen to chat with the employee. When he walked out, he stood in front of the buffet area and lifted his foot up to show the employee that he was barefoot. The employee just laughed along with the teen and he continued to walk around both in the pizza parlor and the Subway in his bare feet that were black on the bottom. We decided to leave since the employees and teens all thought it was funny and no one was asking him to leave or put shoes on. Not coming back to either of those restaurants again.

Unbelievably this subway in new Palestine made a steak and cheese foot-long without the steak and cheese. It had the lettuce and chipotle mayo and the bread only and I did not discover this until I got home and bit into it. It was an online order. Kylie the manager was extremely rude and disrespectful to me when I complained. Needless to say they've lost my business and I caution those who want to do business here - you're better off going elsewhere. It's a very poorly managed Subway.
