We went through the drive thru and everything was perfect! Blake V was the employee working the window and he was very friendly and patient with our large order. The food was hot and fresh and exactly how we ordered it! Highly recommend. Blake is hire you any day!

Just ran through the drive-through 20 minutes ago and got a Cantina chicken soft taco since I’ve never had one. I took a bite and spit it back out. I would literally rather be hungry until I get home in a few hours than eat this. The soft tortilla was room temperature, but everything inside was a cold squishy mess as though it was all mixed up in a bowl with too much sauce and then stored in the refrigerator before being served. I picked out a piece of chicken to see if at least the meat was hot and definitely not. The staff was nice, no complaints whatsoever about the people working there. But omg the food was so bad. Please don’t do this to innocent people.

Very little human contact, order and paying through machine. The human I talked to who handed me the food seemed happy. It must be a lot less stressful for everyone in fast food to not have to deal face-to-face with so many customers, many of them unkind. The food was Taco Bell tacos. Cheap,fast and tolerable.

We don't go there alot and so when we do and it's awful, we won't be going back 4 along while! It was bc all the shells on the tacos were broke up and stuck 2 the paper, so it was like eating a taco salad! If I wanted taco salad I would've ordered it! Went 2 this 1 Taco Bell and they had holders 4 their tacos and that helped them not being broke and sticking 2 the paper but not since that 1 time have I gotten the holders again! U pay 2 much for the taco's 2 b all broke up!

You open at 9am for breakfast. You announce you no longer serve breakfast but have it on your menu in the drive thru. If you stop a service update your menu!!! Won’t be back to this location.

Don’t often write reviews for Taco Bell but stopped in for a quick diner since we were in the area. Store was clean and food was hot and made correct. Would almost go out of my way to come here over some of their other locations in east Indy!
Barely any nacho cheese… had to ask for the shredded cheese that I paid extra for… and the employees were rude as can be. If you mess up something so incredibly simple, it should be an easy fix without an attitude.

I love Taco Bell, but I came in to get a burrito with beans, and I got my food, and the beans tasted horrible, like it literally tasted like someone put straight cigarette ashes into the beans, so I went up and asked for a new one and the employees were nice about it and made me a new one, and I thought it would be fine, but the beans tasted the exact same, so again I went up and they offered to make it on the second side, and they did and it still had a instantly strong CIGARETTE taste in it, so I just gave up. I never complain at fast food but it was terrible I just wanted a bean burrito and the beans had to be expired because it wasn’t even possible to eat those beans.
