Small town restaurant with a cozy feel. My yoga friends and I go after morning class. It is a busy place. You order and pay at the counter, then pick where you want to sit. The food and coffee is prepared fresh so you might wait 5 minutes or so but they bring it to your table. Yummy.😋

Food portions was small omelette was half meat and empty at the bottom waffle was soggy and the turkey sausage was cold taste like it been sitting for a while in gease the chicken potion was small will not return to this spot for 3 items I paid almost 38$ not worth it

My 2nd visit to Tia’s & each time I have gotten the chicken soft corn street style tacos. Loaded wiith chicken, & offered with mild or spicy salsa (on the side) & 2 fresh lime wedges. Delicious! I also got a chai tea latte, perfectly spiced. Great customer service & friendly atmosphere.

Stopped on my way to Meltzer Woods for a breakfast burrito after reading amazing reviews and yep, this place is it! I don't know what's better, the burrito by itself, or with the salsa roja... Or with the salsa Verde. All amazing, hot, fresh and well put together. Great flavor, good portions and friendly service! Will be making the trip out from Irvington more often for sure!

It was fast to come in and sit down on a Saturday morning at 10:45. The staff was very friendly and they are busy with fast table turnovers. I will see the price for what you get was not the greatest though that’s why I gave it. A lower rating for breakfast burrito was over seven dollars. The chorizo taco was delicious but again it was quite expensive for just a little bit of food and the biscuits and gravy. There was hardly any gravy on it. It had OK flavor. It was definitely not homemade. The biscuits were very very tasty though. And the restrooms were clean.
