We drove over a half hour to try Midtown based on friends’ recommendations, and it did not disappoint! The decor give the homey feeling of breakfast in grandma’s kitchen. The food is hot, fresh, and tasty. Service is fast and friendly. It was well worth the drive! We will be going back very soon.
Small rustic diner in a tiny little town. No name on the building but right next to the train tracks and looks like it used to be the train station. Some old photos and memorabilia on the walls. Mostly locals, most people seem to know each other.\n\nFriendly staff, fast service, and typical of American breakfast diner food. We each got omelettes and got the onions and gravy on the home fries that were served with the omelette and altogether made a good bite.
This place takes you back in time. It was like eating at my Grandmothers home. Loving staff, everyone was talking to each other around the restaurant, and the food was really good. Gem in the middle of a small Indiana town. Loved it.
