Hardee's just seems to be going downhill. Went through the drive up this week. The response was slow, broken and incomplete. Ham and cheese sandwich looked nothing like the menu photo and the fry container was only half full. Not going back.

went in to order. I was the only customer there.many employees standing around.none bothered to come and take my order.after several minutes I just left.they need better management and training.i love hardees.but this one needs an overhaul. thanks.

First Time ordering on the App. 3 burgers, 2 fries. 3 apple turnovers. Total $33.82. At pick up informed they have no turnovers. Offered cinnamon rolls or raisin cinnamon biscuits as a substitute. We declined and asked for the $4.80 ($1.60 each x 3) to be refunded. Representative said she cannot refund it, i must request refund on the App. That sounded inconvenient so we said to substitute cinnamon rolls. Got home to find we didn't receive cinnamon rolls. She put 3 raisin cinnamon biscuits in our bag. We do not like raisins, and couldn't even give them to our dogs, as raisins are toxic to dogs. Another issue is the price difference. 3 turnovers are $4.80, 2 raisin cinnamon buscuits is $2.00 ($1 each with minimum of 2 per order). We received 3 buscuits. So we got ripped off by $1.80 & got something we didnt want. Important to add raisin cinnamon biscuits are only available at breakfast. My order was at 5pm, so we were given leftover old biscuits they didnt sell as a substitute. I went on the App to request a refund for the difference in price only to find out there is NO OPTION FOR A request for a REFUND for items not received or unavailable. So telling us we could only get a refund through the app was a lie. Offering apple turnovers was a lie. Substituting cinnamon rolls was a lie. Not impressed with the app or hardees customer service at all.

Came here before I went to work and I ordered two meals bacon egg and cheese they literally gave me two biscuit chees sandwiches that were cold like they had been sitting somewhere, not even what I ordered didn’t find out until I made it to work thinking they would do their job right

Both combo meal sandwiches were poorly made. The fries were cold 🥶 not even warm. So they had been sitting for quite sometime and should NOT have been served. They have a Christmas 🎄 blocking the isle way to the register. The employees were hanging Christmas decor and made me and the person I was with wait over 8 minutes for them to get done to take our order. The chicken tenders were lukewarm temp and greasy. DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION 😐
Stopped in for breakfast this morning and this place was really busy. The first thing I noticed was how hard the staff was working with one another to serve both the drive through and inside customers. The young lady named Aly who took my order was so polite and helpful. If you come to this store for breakfast expect it to be busy, it is definitely worth the extra few minutes to be served!!
