If you do DoorDash don’t go here, the night shift workers are very clumsy, they made an error and blamed it on the system, there were 2 young ladies and one young man who weren’t really putting effort into their job, if it wasn’t for DoorDash support they would’ve wasted more of my time

Had good experience at this location, lines were long a drive-thru but they made the food well-prepared.

The lady every time we go there, she’s so rude to us is a second time today first time she did the same thing yesterday again food was OK. Fries was look like been sitting there for hours cold and she said that they are coming from Owen fresh don’t lie to customer. I’m not idiot. I can see it was fresh or not order was missing some stuff

really bad service. we had gotten 3 nacho fries and all of them were cold, after we had told the manager she said that they were fresh. which was an obvious lie. after she had such an attitude and gave us new fries and even those were still cold. later when we realized they had also forgotten our cantina chicken burrito we had told them and the guy (not the manager) made us a new one. but while he was making it the manager in the back was still taking shit about the fries and being severely rude. and this isn’t even a one time every time we go she always has an attitude. most of the time it feels like she is racially discriminating us. It feels like that because to all of the people of her color she is very nice and friendly. we still come here but that probably won’t be happening for long either.

Hopeless Poets

Pretty simple I ordered a 10 piece nugget fries on my double beefy burrito let me make that clarified I got a double beefy burrito with extra beat extra steak light cheese light nacho cheese no sour cream no lettuce with added fries Tell me why I wait 15 minutes for my food they mess my order of twice and then I have to wait an additional 5 minutes for them to remake my food and the server or a guy wearing a plaid shirt by an encounter wanted to get lippy with me when he messed up my food and I told him he messed it up The second time they messed up my food they forgot to give me double beef double steak didn't even put fries on my burrito I had to ask them to give me fries because they forgot it horrible service will not go back.

Let me get this one thing straight, Yes i walked out just today no it wasn't because of the customers but it was too the fact of terrible management not only that I've gotten immediately thrown in but they never gave me the proper training i needed to actually be sufficient in what i needed to be in the GM is very nice and respectful (Rick Norton) but the Assistant general manager (Cheyenne coble) has by far been one of the most disrespectful leader she is the general manager and not only cussing at her own employees, but making it even more stressful in a fast paced working environment which is not good for people at ALL It is absolutely insane to me how i have to tell customers that I'm so pissed off that i have to tell them not even mad towards them because my attitude but i am mad because i cant even work in a own environment or relax without having the possibility of getting yelled at for the dumbest reasons she/he has the ABSOLUTE GULL to threaten to write me up if i didn't do any of the videos which i have been constantly asking when i should do videos to the point where now i have 12 days to do 35 videos and take note in this busy environment. i will give one thing the food does make it out very quickly and the place is clean. If you work here you will most likely expect a instant throw in where you can't do anything or are lost. if you are going to let your kid work here parents be warned of this Review because with her in management i give a fair and good warning.

it’s honestly really disappointing how hit or miss this store is because the employees are always so nice. some days, all the food is fine, and it’s great. other days it’s like everything was thrown together in a bag, held together with thoughts, prayers and no training. where’s the disconnect and why doesn’t corporate do anything to fix it?

Ordered delivery because we were trying to get ready to travel. Paid for extra sausage. Was the first delivery and I got this cold crap. All the cheese to one side. Not extra sausage. The egg barely filled a tablespoon. This is the third time in a row I received such disappointing food from this particular store. No more.

They completely ignored me. I was picking up an order and no one said a word to me and there was 7 of them when I tried to get their attention they continued to ignore me. The store was dirty and the employees kept touching their face with gloved hands. Gross !

Forgot 3 of our items. Didn't know until got home with it. Didn't add sour cream to my husband's taco that is supposed to be on it automatically. Most of it was cold put beans in 5 layer burrito when I said none. Food was made messy a.f.... This taco bell is just as bad as 135 now..And management doesn't care or make things ..
