the girl who was working in drive doesn’t know anything about customer service. very poor service. i told my order twice still she said she couldn’t understand and gave me wrong order so i asked to talk to manager but manager refused to tell his name.

Was informed of a gas leak and that meant there was no hot food so that means not busy so why was the only thing I ordered put together so sloppy it wasn’t funny.

Idk what happened to this location but the past few times ive been here the food quality is absolutely terrible food is dry and old barely even hot and feels like it was just thrown together with out a care. Done with this location

We were the only one in line, ordered 2 $7 luxe boxes and added a few other items. The drinks were messed up and food was missing. We called to complain and the manager on duty had an attitude and did not care to help. Terrible terrible customer service!!!

Remember, 1 star is NO stars, lowest possible rating. Walked in from outside, slipped on the nasty greasy floor & hit a chair on the way to the floor. An employee asked if I was good, I replied not really. They asked no more questions, did not clean the floor & acted like I wasn't there. Another patron was having an issue with the kiosk (since no one wants to take orders), the employee was obviously annoyed by someone asking for help & did not take his order.
Been to some bad TB's, this one is the worst.
