I walked in and ordered a grilled chicken strip basket to go. They had a birthday party in the back which I understand they were busy. But there were maybe 5 tables occupied in the rest of the restaurant. It took 30 minutes to get my to go order. Once I got my food and took it back to work, the fries are way overdone and the chicken strips have very little to no seasoning. I was hoping to order a couple of days a week since I work at H & R Block right next to you. I am rethinking this. This is the second time I have had poor service.
