Visited some family in Evansville & Newburg. This is a great Mediterainian resteraunt in Downtown Newburg. We had a Great time and there were so many selections. I had the Gyro platter. The only negative was the Manhattan cocktail wasn't prepared correctly. However, EVERYTHING else was great!

We enjoyed a lovely lunch for my birthday. The food was excellent with diverse choices and flavors. Our server,Jackie O , did an excellent job and was so kind to take our picture. They served the strawberry herbal tea hot in a real teapot. It was exceptional. We started our lunch with Tomato Soup. I had the chicken shawarma served on a soft warm pita and a Greek salad. It was so good. My husband had the Newburgher & waffle fries, which was very good also. Dessert was a slice of lemon cream cake with raspberry drizzle. Definitely going back & recommend them wholeheartedly.

Wonderful atmosphere, Great service, a Nice variety of drink options, an Exceptional/Diverse menu (the beef medallions were amazing!) and this family run establishment was very warm and welcoming. A must try! -Antonio
I want to share my recent experience at Arazu; we love this restaurant, but a customer was being horrible. Last night I witnessed one of the most inappropriate reactions to an accidental drink spill by a very young and new waitress, causing a scene and resulting in reducing her to tears, despite repeated apologies. The spill was due to a man at a table insisting on removing the table umbrella and awkwardly handing it of to the waitress suddenly, resulting in a drink being spilled all over the woman seated next to him. We've all been there. You shake it off, and respond with grace. Yes, service was a little slow last night, but being a Friday evening, and one of the few local restaurants with a beautiful patio and view of the Ohio, it was very busy and that was to be expected. I made sure to tell management that it was not the fault of the waitress, and based on their reaction, I am quite sure they heard a distorted version of the story. We made sure to tip her very generously (she was also our waitress) as I imagine that party of 5 did not tip her. On his way out, the man apparently threatened management that he intends to "take the restaurant down" on social media. We love Arazu, as we consistently have a wonderful, relaxed experience there. 🥰

Visited Cafe Arazu for the first time. The gyro platter with the Greek salad and grilled vegetables were delicious! The best food I have had all year! Hannah was our server. Very friendly and fast service. Thanks for the great meal!
May wife & I enjoy this restaurant regularly. The menu has a nice variety although I must admit I’m particularly fond of their Shawarma and Asian Napa Slaw. It’s a quaint, local place, in a good way, and our server, Abby, was knowledgeable, pleasant and very attentive last time we were there. Reservations recommended on weekends.
They had options that fit within my dietary preferences. The falafel was very good and filling. The cafe itself was small and very personable. It has a good vibe. The area is very beautiful!!!
What a pleasant surprise! We stayed at an Airbnb nearby and wondered in for a late supper. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The food was delicious and plentiful. It's a small place that gets crowded quickly, so we sat at the bar and still got exceptional service. We will be back!
