Great place if you have an hour to wait for an ice cream and want to waste your entire night. Kudos on that! They’re trying to be Chik-Fi-La with this pull up idea but it doesn’t work. I work for Uber and have had hundreds of deliveries but something went wrong with this restaurant. First time I came they asked for my ID (it’s ok though I was surprised because nobody asked about it before), the next time the front desk girl wanted to give me the order but their manager (a woman) was so rude she said No to her and to me because she wanted me to have an insulated bag for the order. So she thought it was a better idea for the customer’s order to stand on her desk waiting for another delivery person who highly likely also would not have the bag. That’s at least another 10-15 minutes. I don’t understand you people! And even it might be considered logic and good for the restaurant but the way it was said, her face experience - why everything was so rude? Is it a restaurant service in the US? Will never go to their place again. I give 5 star credit for the food because I didn’t try it there. All others I’d give them “0” if there was such an option.

Overall, the food was great! The only drawback was I had asked to add cheese to my chicken sandwich. Didn't ask for any other changes. I wound up with a dry chicken sandwich with cheese. No veggies or sauce. Additionally, I had to get up to retrieve my husband's food. It didn't even make it to the table.

Service is HORRIBLE Stay away unless you have an afternoon to sit out in front of the building. I only ordered and paid for a hamburger. The girl at the window was too busy to listen that the drink wasn’t mine. Then told me to park in a spot that was taken. I waited almost 20 minutes for my burger and left. How long does it take to cook a fast food burger. It wasn’t busy, it was 3:00. Needless to say, I won’t waste my time there again.
