As like most people I enjoy coffee. I’ve changed where I go several times over the years due to quality or service issues. I’ve been going to the Newburgh Donut Bank for a little over two years almost 6 days a week. I normally go in the morning around 5:30am and enjoy a nice large iced coffee. The morning crew is always friendly and their customer service is exemplary!
Seems like it doesn’t matter who I deal with, Sara, Brittany, Beth or recently Braxton, I’m always greeted with a friendly smile and a “good morning”! The coffee is what brought me to the location, the staff is what keeps me going back!

This is the absolute best donut bank Sara Natalie Beth and everyone that works there anytime I come in early morning before I go to my job sites make my day a hundred times better you’ll never be disappointed with this store at all I go out of my way from Evansville for this location specifically because of the way they make me feel like family

The girl behind the counter was so incredibly rude I wanted to walk out. I would have if I didn’t want to try and find another donut place. She rushed me to order while there was no one behind me in line & had the worst attitude. Coffee and donuts were good but will never go back! Great way to ruin your morning!

Missed items from order even though its drive through. Seems to be a regular occurrence with fast food places in the States. I recommend to ALWAYS check bag contents

First time visiting. Went through the drive thru. First, they said they don’t toast bagels for drive thru orders, so I ordered donuts. They got the wrong donuts, the wrong number of donuts, the cake one was old and tough, the coffee was mediocre at best. They failed on almost every level. Won’t be back.

Why are toasted bagels not offered anymore? Was told this isn't an option. Also they dropped all our coffees and didn't even put cream on the new ones....

I love Donut Bank, but this location has not been my favorite. I don’t want to discredit the people that work there - maybe they are understaffed or poorly trained, but this location has the longest wait time I’ve experienced, and it’s pretty consistently longer than average. And lately they ran out of the mocha frappe powder but rather than telling people this in the drive thru, they take the order and make it with the mocha fit powder without telling you and it tastes completely different than the regular. This has happened to me three times now. When I called to let them know that this is really frustrating they weren’t super willing to apologize or accept responsibility for this. I know it’s just coffee, but when I pay for a service/drink, I expect the drink I ordered. A mistake is one thing, but doing this 3 times without mentioning that you’re out of the right stuff is no mistake.. I can’t imagine any business that would find this acceptable. I just wish they would be up front that they are out of the powder rather than knowingly giving the wrong powder and not saying anything. I’d rather pick a new drink than be given the wrong one, on purpose, to avoid telling me they’re out of it.

went there at 8 AM to get donuts for the kids and they didn’t have any making anymore no longjohns no glazed donuts nothing that you could buy a dozen with. They said they only had a couple specialty donuts left. Seems Bad planning, but you knows.
