So sad. I've been going to Donut Bank (The Washington Ave. location) since I was a kid. I'm 67 now, and I was so hoping the Newburgh location would live up to my very fond memories of The Donut Bank. I live in Newburgh, and have been to this location 3 times now. The donuts and pastries are sub standard at best. I even contacted the owner to voice my sincere concerns about the products at the Newburgh location. He seemed to be as concerned as I was. In my heart of hearts, I never want to complain. As a retired F&B Director for Hilton Hotels, I try to give every establishment the benefit of the doubt. But all 3 times ? Please send in a secret shopper to this location.

My son chose to go here for his birthday breakfast, and I'm so glad we did! The staff was friendly and fast, the donuts were fresh and absolutely perfect, and the caramel frappes were wonderful! We will definitely be back.

I love my donut bank coffee and staff at the newburgh location. Ive came here every day for the last 19 years only missing on holidays and vacations, today i came thru with my dogs as i usualky do at least eavery other weekend to get them their doggy ballls and milk bone as one of the 3 cant have sugar. Only to find out they cant give out a simple milk bone treat. Im left with one of my pups not getting their usual treat. Im not a happy customer as my one pup couldnt get her usual treat! A simple dog treat shouldnt be an issue as they have givin them out in the past. I love the team at newburgh and Joe Kemp as they all make an effort to go above and beyond to greet me and shows a personel connection. If this is a new management decision then they need to look at getting rid of this manager! I truley hope they will be bringing back the milk bones.

Bought a box of donut holes. All beat up and squished. Not fresh, even though it was first thing in the morning. All one flavor. Disappointing in general. Good service though.
I travel here from Atlanta to visit family a few times per year, and this place is always our go-to place for breakfast. The 1st day, it's always Donut Bank. My niece always colors her favorite pictures, and they display for everyone to see. The staff is always very patient and friendly and will go out of their way to make the patrons feel appreciated and happy. Especially Ella, who took our order and hung my niece's colored picture up after checking us out. It not only made her day but also made mine. Thank you, Donut Bank, and thank you, Ella, for making this day special for my family and me.

I don't know if we got there late or what but the selection of donuts weren't there. But they had the ones I was looking for lucky. The staff were friendly but the peppermint mocha frap ended up just being mocha not sure what happened there either. And they were out of bag and we got there just after 0900

As like most people I enjoy coffee. I’ve changed where I go several times over the years due to quality or service issues. I’ve been going to the Newburgh Donut Bank for a little over two years almost 6 days a week. I normally go in the morning around 5:30am and enjoy a nice large iced coffee. The morning crew is always friendly and their customer service is exemplary! Seems like it doesn’t matter who I deal with, Sara, Brittany, Beth or recently Braxton, I’m always greeted with a friendly smile and a “good morning”! The coffee is what brought me to the location, the staff is what keeps me going back!
