I travel here from Atlanta to visit family a few times per year, and this place is always our go-to place for breakfast. The 1st day, it's always Donut Bank. My niece always colors her favorite pictures, and they display for everyone to see. The staff is always very patient and friendly and will go out of their way to make the patrons feel appreciated and happy. I don't know if we got there late or what but the selection of donuts weren't there. But they had the ones I was looking for lucky. The staff were friendly but the peppermint mocha frap ended up just being mocha not sure what happened there either. And they were out of bag and we got there just after 0900

As like most people I enjoy coffee. I’ve changed where I go several times over the years due to quality or service issues. I’ve been going to the Newburgh Donut Bank for a little over two years almost 6 days a week. I normally go in the morning around 5:30am and enjoy a nice large iced coffee. The morning crew is always friendly and their customer service is exemplary!
