I go every single morning and spend $12. Now it’s never open at 5am like stated, mostly 5:30 if lucky and service has not been that great when that early. Wrong drinks, food missing things. Will just go back to Starbucks.

Rude staff. The bagels minis are always either cold on the inside or or overcooked and burnt. Lately they have been putting whipped topping on my iced coffee when I ask for cold foam. They argue that the whipped topping is cold foam but the taste, consistency and texture are all wrong. This location has gone downhill significantly in the last year. I used to visit several times a week, if not daily, but now it’s not even worth it. I miss when Hannah used to work there.

Today I went into this Dunkin’ Donuts. When I got to where I was going about 3 minutes down the road. My hashbrowns were luke warm, my bagel had been sliced terrible, super thin on top & a big hunk of bagel for the bottom, it was done in such a messy way, I am extremely dissatisfied with the service there. And this isn’t the first issue I have had there, but I figured I would give them the benefit of the doubt. If you have a business, you need to treat it with care & make sure things are being done appropriately. Will not go back! See pictures below. They didn’t even slice it like a normal bagel. I had to throw this away because there was no eating it. And she never gave me my receipt, so I couldn’t even go back if I wanted to…

I don’t know what happened to this location but it has significantly declined in the past few months. I use to visit multiple times a week but as things got worse and worse I decided to put my money somewhere it was worth. A few weeks ago, I decided to give them a try again. It was awful. Every donut in the dozen was stale and hard. The kids wouldn’t even eat them. My coffee tasted like sour milk and I didn’t drink it. I decided to try again (stupid choice) a few days later I needed to use my points before they expired. My Coffee was once again awful and this time I ordered a breakfast sandwich that was burned so bad the entire top bread was black. I tried contacting the store to ask for a refund of some sort and I was told to use the app to address my concerns. I did that, and I got an email back saying the store would contact me. It still has not, and now corporations has gone silent on me too. I don’t know what is happening or why you guys have gone so far downhill but its so disappointing!
