If you want to berated in the drive thru. Head over to this particular Dunkin Donuts. I called and spoke to a “manager” without and resolve.
Over an online order they couldn’t scan and let me pay at the window. The order was for multiple people so it made me have to pull over and reorder and remember what everyone got. By the time I get it paid for and up to the window, I have two online orders to pick up, I personally thought I added a some items that I had added the first time and because of this mistake, I was told by some kid with braces to “order my food correctly next time” as he turns straight towards the window and makes direct eye contact. It was very uncomfortable and I can’t even begin to explain how rude.
When I called to report the situation, I do not believe I was speaking to a true manager. He said it was Regil. Didn’t once apologized, he asked me what I would like done and I plainly said I’d never be returning and he said “OKAY I will have a talk with him”. LOL like what?
They weren’t even busy! The hasbrowns were cold and not even crispy and the pumpkin latte was nothing but sugar, and STILL shorted me food.

This place sucks my coffee was so disgusting and bitter i came back through to ask if they could get me a new one because it was undrinkable and they proceeded to make me pay again. Shitty place and employees get it together this use to be my favorite place

I go every single morning and spend $12. Now it’s never open at 5am like stated, mostly 5:30 if lucky and service has not been that great when that early. Wrong drinks, food missing things. Will just go back to Starbucks.

Rude staff. The bagels minis are always either cold on the inside or or overcooked and burnt. Lately they have been putting whipped topping on my iced coffee when I ask for cold foam. They argue that the whipped topping is cold foam but the taste, consistency and texture are all wrong. This location has gone downhill significantly in the last year. I used to visit several times a week, if not daily, but now it’s not even worth it. I miss when Hannah used to work there.
