I stop at this Hardee’s almost every morning before work. Even when I order 10–15 minutes ahead, my order is never ready on time. When I arrive and go inside to pick up my order, the person at the counter focuses only on the drive-thru and ignores the customers at the counter.
The women working there seem to be doing all they can, and I assume they’re short-staffed since there’s usually only one person filling orders. However, there’s always one guy just walking around in the back, looking at his phone. He’ll even walk by and glance at customers waiting at the counter, then just go back to looking at his phone.
Please consider hiring more help, or I may have to start going elsewhere for my daily breakfast.

Waited 20 minutes in drive thru and there were still 4 cars in front of me that hadn't ordered. We left. This is by far the worst drive thru in town and has been for YEARS.

I have been to hardees twice this week. Both times the food was literally thrown in the bag. Gravy dumped in bag both times, hard biscuits, and anytime you cl them they refuse to answer the phone. This is all after sitting 30 mins in the drive thru. 20 or those 30 mins I sat at the speaker waiting for someone to take my order. Horrible place!! We wont be back!

Della (I probably spelled that wrong) at the Newburgh IN location is amazing. (she is really what keeps me coming back) She is filled with love and positivity. She makes you feel like your family and I've never experienced that anywhere else. Truly she is the reason I've been to Hardees three times this week 😂

My husband just went on hospice and I was out early. I saw Hardee’s and went thru the drive thru to get his favorite bacon egg and cheese biscuit. 10 minutes later, my husband says this is the worst sandwich I’ve ever had, somebody doesn’t know how to make biscuits. So sad. The last time he’ll have a Hardee’s breakfast biscuit and it had to be the worse one ever.

It's gotta be the worst hardee's i've ever visited. Every time I go here, you set in the lobby for 20 minutes before anyone ever takes your order standing at the. Register, let me remind you this is in the morning. Does not change even if you go there on lunch, you'll never find the g. M at a register, helping out the staff. You might be lucky to find him in the kitchen. On the occasion. By far the slowest food service, you can get in newburgh, indiana

Although they were busy, they were working very hard to get everyone served in the shortest amount of time. I ordered a sausage egg biscuit. As always, the sausage was spot-on, but, as becoming more frequent, the biscuit was leaning toward the over baked side and just a little hard and not very flaky. I have taken a few back in the last few weeks, and they give me a fresher one. The dining area faces East, and in the morning as the sun is coming up, it is blinding me as I try and eat my breakfast. Shades need to be added to those windows along the east side.
