Management needs to get things straightened up before they end up like Wendy’s down the road….CLOSED. We were traveling through town and stopped to grab a bite to eat because Hardee’s is typically pretty good. We had four people in our party that ordered to go and the fourth person “me” waited for 40 minutes for a burger and some fries. The lobby was in no shape for customers to sit in as there was garbage left on a table and garbage cans overflowing. God bless the two employees who showed up to work today and tried to keep the place flowing but it would appear that management could use some work. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Place was not busy, waited half-hour for food, noticed the sandwiches sat at the counter for 20 mins then had to go ask for the food, fries were cold. Per the employee they were short staffed with a cook in training, the young counter lady could have cared less! Won't ever be back

When we first showed up there was no one in site, we could hear what sounded like two females talking, after a minute Stephanie appeared and helped us immediately. After eating I had to order a meal to go for my son and I realized Stephanie was not only working register but she was also working drive thru and cooking/prepping food. I couldn’t hear the second person anymore and only saw Stephanie running things. I never saw the second person, if they were cooking and I just couldn’t see them it’s a possibility. I do think though no matter how slow it is a third person would have been nice. The four stars is only for the company itself for not having the help at night.
