Although they were busy, they were working very hard to get everyone served in the shortest amount of time. I ordered a sausage egg biscuit. As always, the sausage was spot-on, but, as becoming more frequent, the biscuit was leaning toward the over baked side and just a little hard and not very flaky. I have taken a few back in the last few weeks, and they give me a fresher one. The dining area faces East, and in the morning as the sun is coming up, it is blinding me as I try...
