WOW I wish I could give negative stars. Went in here about 530pm today 03/30/2024 and ordered two blizzards. The young boy could not have been more rude and I mean RUDE. I was totally shocked by it. I'd rather skip getting something or drive to Evansville if this is who you're hiring here. YIKES.

There were ice cream orders on the pass that weren't being sent to the customers. Then whenever they did decide on delivery they were melted and therefore had t I be re-made causing yet another delay.

My Dad and I visited the location in Newburgh Indiana to order ice cream. upon enteering the restaurant two employees were at the counter. Upon trying to order two blizzards all the employees were standing near the drive thru area talking. I asked if someone could please take our order and someone finally came to the counter to take our order. We simply ordered a small heath blizzard and a small pumpkin blizzard. When they were made the heath blizzard was correct and the other one was an oreo blizzard. I refused to take the oreo blizzard and when I notified them of their mistake they made it seem to be a pain in the backside to correct the order. We were in the restaurant for over 15 minutes just to order and get two small blizzards. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!

Only come here if you want ice cream. If you want food prepare to wait at least 30 mins. I've been waiting for over 45 minutes still haven't gotten my food. I have my kid that also needs fed. I need answers on why the management sucks because we've spoken to the manager 3 times and still waiting on everything. Several orders after us have gone out, kids meals and chicken baskets. Exactly what we were waiting on. Several other customers had to wait as well and they weren't even busy. Steady at best. Apparently the mama gee said there was a computer error for the kitchen and it wasn't showing orders but even after that I still waited more than 30 mins. I just don't get this absolute failure of a location. Every. Single. Time. I'm waiting forever to get food. Oh and guess what, my fries are cold. At least clean the floors. You have four people just standing around and one person actually making the ice cream and one person working the window. Wish I could give negative stars here. Worst service in the area--and lately this area has been bad for untrained, inexperienced staff. Came here with several families after soccer season and some have left with refunds. Many have dealt with management. There is a sticky film on all the burger/ chicken strip containers as well as on the condiment packets--the kitchen staff is looking as if they are challenging management to make them work, and customer complaints are still being brought to management.

Besides the fact that this cone was the leaning tower of Pisa in the drive thru and handed to a driver…. The cone dipping sauce wasn’t stirred prior to dipping… and the cone was supposed to be twist… and it was supposed to be a large cone. It was an all around fail…. And I worked at Dairy Queen for many years in noblesville…. We wouldn’t have served this to a customer. So sad.

I had to wait 19 minutes for a small chocolate sundae and a small strawberry sundae and a small banana milkshake. I was 15 minutes before anyone even went back by the ice cream machine and even squirted out the ice cream and slopped the chocolate sauce and strawberry sauce on the sundaes. They were not at all busy. The girl at the cash register just stood there on her phone and when I finally complained to the short older woman who finally came up and started making the sundaes that take all of 30 seconds to make the girl on her phone said I am not allowed back there. I guess she is also not allowed to use her brain to think that guy has been standing there a crazy amount of time waiting for what should be our simplest order. There is really no excuse to allow me to stand there for that amount of time right in front of them other than they simply could care less. I will never go to this Dairy Queen again. Sadly, we had come back from the Newburgh Elementary school track meet in Boonville and drove right past the DQ there to specifically come to this one.Also, not a single apology. Pathetic.

Everyone who ordered after I told them I was waiting on my order, got theirs before mine even got started. When I asked about my blizzards, I was told, "I haven't gotten to that yet." The back that I was able to see was a disaster; banana and syrup all over the counter and cups on the floor. Do yourself a favor, and go to a different DQ.
