I am being generous with the food rate I got the 8.99 deal Hot Italian it sucked I had about one slice of ham and two pepperonis and one grilled onion! AND lettuce sandwich is what I had .I choked down half of it, fountain drinks were broken limited bottles so I had no drink, hubby had big kahuna and was just ok thats were the two stars came from .

We love Jersey Mike's. And this location is as good as any. Great sandwiches at a good price and good fast service. Make sure you have it Mike's way.

Honestly, this is better than other sandwich shops! I got myself a number 5 club, it was so delicious. I like how the olive oil brings out the flavor, the meat was very delicious. I ended up getting a footlong. Im definitely coming back. Im making Jersey Mike's my number one sandwich 'go - to'!

So I come here about once a week since they opened. They sent me a promotional code to use. It was good for a set amount of time. Today I went in ( time has not expired ) and they refused to honor the code. They said I could pay the non deal price. I said nope.
I then called Evansville Jersey Mikes and that store general manager said that was ridiculous drive to our store and we will of course honor the code. So the issue was 100% the Newburgh store. Newburgh store needs to get its act together.

I came in there for a club sandwich and left with the best experience ever. Came in there late at night around 5 o’clock, and there was a dude there named Jacob that was making my sandwich. He ended up giving me the best advice on a jersey Mike’s sandwich ever if you ever go to this Jersey Mike’s make sure to look out for a dude named Jacob because he has the best advice if you are new to Jersey Mike’s on what to get on what the best toppings are on what the best add-ons are by far. Jacob is one of the best workers at that Company

Before they were bought out by a conglomerate, this place used to make the best subs in the country. Now the skimp out on the meat and the cheese, have an entirely new staff which I'm sure they under pay, and charge for extras unlike before. I used to spend hundreds a month here before, now I go about twice a year. It's just not worth the price anymore.

Ordered food at 8:28pm tonight...yes it was late. Yes I know the workers are cleaning and getting ready to go home. It is sad after a long day of work and you want something decent and not a fast food burger that you choose Jersey Mike's and you get stared at in annoyance once you walk into the building. Then yes 10 minutes until close I called because I had a simple question. Nobody at the store answer. Had to call a different store and they picked up and the woman was super nice and answered my question. Also wished the app was a little more clear that the hot subs default to no lettuce when you get a bowl.

Not Veteran-Friendly I visited your establishment this evening with my daughter and placed an order that included food for my son at home. The service initially started out great. When it came time to pay, I presented my military ID to request the military discount, as I have done in the past without issue. However, this time I was told by a (supervisor?)that I needed to be in uniform to receive the discount. This was surprising, as I have never been asked to be in uniform before and have always received the discount with my proper government issued military identification. When I asked for clarification, I was told, “It just depends.” I respectfully asked what it depends on, but no clear explanation was provided. If the policy has changed or if the discount is no longer offered, I would completely understand. However, selectively choosing who receives the discount without a clear and consistent policy feels unfair and disappointing, especially to those who have served. As a military family, we value businesses that show appreciation for service members. Unfortunately, this experience has left us feeling unwelcome, and we will not be returning.
