Jersey Mike's Subs

Zera very argumentative telling me she has no information and cannot fix their messed up sandwich even though we have receipt n app showing its not what we ordered very disrespectful offered no resolve told me she has other customers to take care of and hung up. Will not return or recommend this location

I literally live down the street from this location and I would rather go to burkhardt for my subs because several times now I've had issues with them giving me so much sauce its soaked the sub wrapper! The last time this was despite me asking for "light/easy sauce" and when I got it the sub looked like I had asked for extra and had more sauce than my boyfriends who asked for no alterations. I never have to ask for easy or light sauce at the Burkhardt location and I never have to have them remake my subs. I get when you open a new location you go through growing pains but this is ridic.

Every time I go in there I'm always greeted with a smile and a hello the manager is very nice and always willing to jump in where they need help.
He also remembers what I get every time and that's very impressive to me. The food is always fresh and delicious. I was actually traveling out west in Denver Colorado a few weeks ago and stopped at a Jersey Mike's there and it was the complete opposite of what this location was so I'm definitely more appreciative of this location than I was before my visit to Colorado. Keep up the good work!!

I was traveling from Lexington KY. discovered Jersey Mike's in Newburgh IN. stopped in to grab a sub to take with me. I was so impressed with the friendly staff- Misty & Heather- the cleanliness of the store and of course the delicious sandwich! I had a $2 off coupon, which had expired 2 days prior, but mgr Misty honored it anyway, which I thought was outstanding customer service. I will be buying more sandwiches from this location before heading back to Lexington for sure! The owners of this location have some excellent staff representing them! So happy I stopped in.

I love the food here, but 2/3 Times that I’ve been here they have messed up my order and it’s almost like they don’t care. I came in today and ordered a sandwich on rosemary Parm bread. I saw the lady write down next to the number of my sandwich order that it’s supposed to be on Rosemary Parm bread and then she gave it to the people on the grill and I heard her tell this girl, from what I heard her name was Keely? or something like that to make sure that it is on Rosemary Parm bread. So I know she knew what bread to put it on. Plus it was written on the ticket, and the other person on grill took the ticket and looked at it before giving it to me, and I watched him wrap my sandwich, too. so my question is why did I get white bread instead? usually this wouldn’t be that big of a deal if it was like the first time, but out of the three times I’ve been here this has happened twice and yes, both times this has happened. They have had the rosemary Parm bread so realistically, there’s no reason for this to have happened especially when it’s written on the ticket. It’s just annoying because whenever I pay for something, I expect it to be done correctly.
