Before they were bought out by a conglomerate, this place used to make the best subs in the country. Now the skimp out on the meat and the cheese, have an entirely new staff which I'm sure they under pay, and charge for extras unlike before. I used to spend hundreds a month here before, now I go about twice a year. It's just not worth the price anymore.

Ordered food at 8:28pm tonight...yes it was late. Yes I know the workers are cleaning and getting ready to go home. It is sad after a long day of work and you want something decent and not a fast food burger that you choose Jersey Mike's and you get stared at in annoyance once you walk into the building. Then yes 10 minutes until close I called because I had a simple question. Nobody at the store answer. Had to call a different store and they picked up and the woman was super...

Jennifer at the Newburgh Location went above and beyond to make my dining experience top notch! All the times I’ve been at Jersey mikes I’ve never had someone go out of their way and was very thorough on recommendations for my sandwich. I will be back!!
