We came to the drive through at 5:20 last night (July 31, 2024) we ordered a turkey tom with no mayo and add cheese. The no mayo is due to a mayo allergy, when we got home there was mayo on the turkey tom along with very small slices of 3 tomatoes and cut up lettuce not shredded lettuce as we normally get on the sandwiches. Needless to say, the vegetables were nonexistent. And, I had to throw my sandwich away due to the mayo on the sandwich. I spent $6.94 and couldn't even eat the sandwich. Then to add to the frustration we sat at the drive through window waiting on our food for more than 15 minutes with cars stacked behind us! Not to mention the staff was visibly unhappy and rude, with no thank you or apology at all for us having to wait so long for our food. This was literally the worst experience I have ever had at any Jimmy Johns!

Delicious and fast but they gave me the wrong sandwich. I ordered a #12 and got a #11. I went through the drive through and should’ve checked before pulling away so I didn’t notice until I was already home. The #11 was still really good though!

We had our meal delivered but the food was horrible. It was tasteless. Hit but the meat was so thin you could barely see the turkey and the roast beef was so thin. You mainly tasted lettuce and that was it.

horrible stupid people made us pay for our food twice bc they “didn’t receive online payment” but we paid with a literal card on the app. poor delivery girl was put in an awkward position. they also didn’t cut the sandwich in half like we asked but it’s okay at least we got our brownie i guess… never ordering from this location ever again ???edit to add, they also gave us the wrong food ?

Pre-ordered catering for my daughters cheer team. They told me a man by a name I don’t know picked it up. I did not send anyone there to pick up my order nor approve that. The restaurant will not remake the sandwiches or refund my money! Horrible service for a $70 order!! Not to mention a waste of money!!I’d say they told the man my name and he was confused/misunderstood or there was some type of error on their end! So instead of this being a convenient thing to do for a snack—I had to rush around and find a back up plan!!! Don’t cater through this location bc the service is horrendous!!

My daughters team cheer mom pre ordered lunch for their 5 hr choreography today. When she went to pick up this large order they told her someone by the name of Bill had picked up her order and refused to refund nor remake the sandwiches for her. She was the ONLY person listed to pick up the order. This just infuriates me she even had to deal with this! She was 1 person and had to frantically find another choice for lunch for these 26 kids! What terrible service!
