This was the best service I’ve ever had. I ordered and within 2 minutes food was out and was perfect. Also definitely recommend the cheese dip

Shirley temple was a 9/10

Arroz Con Pollo was a 8.5/10
Chicken was seasoned and cooked to perfection. Good portion for $.
Would get again without queso.

Tres leche cake was sweet but not a fan of the texture. I believe they should label it as tres leche sponge cake to not confuse customers. 5/10

Chips should have came with salsa for the $$$

Friendly service even gave my gf a free Shirley temple.

Didn’t see the bathroom but will next time.

Pretty mediocre overall. The restaurant was very cold and everyone had their jackets on. We ordered the queso fundido appetizer and it had very little actual cheese, just mostly onion and pepper. We both got different fajitas and they were pretty flavorless, no seasoning or spices. Overall pretty expensive for the quality of the food.

Horrible customer service. Ordered to go. Go to pick up our meal and these people charged us for 2 large salsas that we didn’t order but we said it was fine. We would use them. Come home and they didn’t give us our side orders of rice. Tried to call and the number went straight to voicemail. So my husband drives all the way back to the restaurant and they said “well we didn’t ring that in.” My husband reminds them that we paid for extra salsa we didn’t order and the female says, “that doesn’t matter. We didn’t ring in your rice. You’ll have to pay for it.” So my husband pays $3.99 for this pitiful amount of rice. Unbelievable. Terrible customer service. We will NOT be back.

Tired of Jalisco and Acapulco ripping you off? I was. I am so thankful La Catrina came to our town. My family and I have been frequenting La Catrina now for 4 months, several times a week and for great reason. Excellent service. Daily specials (food and drink). Amazing food. And an owner who has been there "every day" to make sure service and food is impeccable. Please give this small business your business. At least give them a chance.

The food is quite good, but the amount of meat and veggies differ per dish. We have been several times and have had large portions, but large amounts of rice or beans but smaller amounts of shrimp, chicken, or beef... try it! They do have good food at a decent price.
