I moved back to SoIN this summer after living in SoCAL the last 40 years. I had a wonderful favorite family run Mexican restaurant I had gone to for 38 of those 40 years. It's been hard to find a good Mexican restaurant here in the Evansville/Newburgh area. My neighbors recommended La Catrina so I gave them a try. While not quite as good as my spot in LA, the food is very good, the service is great, and they have my favorite Tequila, Don Julio 1942. It is a nice family run...
This has become our favorite Mexican restaurant!!! We've gone at least once a week for the last month and a half. I highly recommend the skinny marg and Catrinas fajitas. Delicious!!!
This is our goto mexican restaurant. Left my reading glasses went there a week later and not only did they remember me and my wife but gave me my reading glasses back. That's just who they are. Great food good price good people.
