I went through the drive through and ordered 1 pep and cheese pizza, 1 cheese pizza and 2 orders of the crazy bread. Gave him my card got the receipt back and it was $30 he charged me for 2 pepperoni pizzas. I didn't want to make a big deal of it And went ahead and kept it because the kids had extra for the next day. When we got home and opened the boxes you could tell the pizza sat for way longer then it should of. Not only was it cold but the crust was rock hard. Ended up throwing 2 1/2 boxes away because the kids wouldn't eat it.

Just received an order that’s inedible. Sauce is completely dried with crusty pepperonis. Breadsticks are undercooked. So bad we had to throw it out. Called for a refund and was offered 15% refund back. She “escalated” the issue but said I might not hear anything back. What?? So disappointing. Will never order from here again.

Been going to this location for a couple months, they got new management. Got to speak to one of the guys working there, said his name was Steve. Talked to him for probably 15 minutes and he was a very nice gentleman and said the store was getting some new people. He was working very hard to run the whole store professionally. The English speakers there are very good at what they do, and had my pizza ready and on time. ANYONE READING THIS… highly recommend going to this location anytime after 4:30PM. That’s when the lead management is there and they are ALWAYS on top of things and keep the other guys in line. The music is a little loud for my liking, but that’s just nitpicking. The next time I went to get my pizza, Steve recognized me and asked how I was doing. Just a really nice touch to a minor part of my day. I know they are trying their best, ever since the two Indian managers left. So highly recommend this location now, used to be ran by lowlifes, now it is MUCH better. 5 stars from me and my wife.

Super annoying. I ordered a pretzel stuffed crust pizza….it was NOT pretzel crust. Also, the people working there can barely speak English…..HUGE pet peeve of mine!! You work here you speak my language!! 😡😡

I came into the Newburgh Location and order 3 things of crazy Puffs and that is it. They told me to go sit in my car and they would bring it to me. I was hoping it would just be quick and simple. I had to wait 45 minutes! That is crazy. I’ve only seen one person go inside and one person go through the drive thru while sitting here. I know they have online orders but this absolutely ridiculous. I could have done two of my other errands by the time waited. I only went there because it was beside Starbucks and I was getting a drink and thought it would be easy.
