We love Marcos. The pizza is always loaded with toppings. The crust is nice and crispy. The service has always been top notch. Never had any issues with burnt crust or underwhelming pizza. Definitely recommend checking them out if you have not had it before. Just call ahead and order and they will have it waiting for you.

Used to he my favorite pizza place until the last 2 or 3 years. Even though I'm a few blocks away no matter what it's at bare minimum a 90 minute wait. Called to check and said they just left. Without telling my order was changed for lack of product. Yet didn't call me or ask if I wanted to change it when I called. Also didn't get my complete order. So late, wrong orders, cold and missing orders. That's the last time I go with marcos. What a waste.

I grew up in newburgh and the main pizza places were Dominos, Papa Johns, and Pizza Hut. Now there are many more pizza places and I have to honestly say Marco's pizza is amazing! The flavor, quality of ingredients, and the amount of toppings will not disappoint! Lots of delivery and carryout specials. Haven't been to Dominos in years. Marco's is the "go-to" everytime I ask my kids where they want pizza from.Oh and always get the crust-toppers. They are fantastic and FREE!

I ordered a deluxe pizza to be delivered along with Buffalo wings a garden salad. Pizza was cold wings were overcooked no flavor lettuce in salad was wilted and brown very disappointed

Very happy to see Marco’s back to its former glory! We used to order once a week, but the quality went down for some time. I went in tonight and had the pleasure of meeting Ryan (introduced himself as a new manager) I must say it was easily noticeable something was different. The team had a different energy than past visits when we were not so pleased with quality. Thank you to the new team for putting quality first! Glad to have our favorite pizza spot back! 6 Stars for Ryan and his team!-Dude

I ordered two pizzas, a sub, and some wings to be delivered. One pizza was a specialty with no onions, it arrived with onions AND bacon. I called and they said they would replace it. I called an hour later to check the status where I was told it was just about ready, they had gotten backed up, but it would be sent right out. An hour after that, I called again (I live 5 minutes from the store), and I was told it was on its way. 45 minutes later it arrived undercooked and with onions. I first ordered at 5:05, by the time I got my final wrong pizza it was past 9:00 at night. It’s just unacceptable. My husband used to work there, he said remakes are a priority and I shouldn’t have needed to wait more than 25min. This new manager needs training. Now my husband will want us to eat Dominos every pizza night and I really like Marcos ?…
We had a bad experience here last week(we order from them a lot). When I called tonight to order the DM apologized for our last experience and made us 3 delicious hot pizzas! We will keep coming back!

I used to order from here every week, their delivery went to 90 minutes, they make simple mistakes, have dropped my food in my sidewalk, and run out of food when I order. It really has stopped me from ordering as much as I used to. It's still one of the better pizza places around for taste, amount of toppings, and freshness.

ever since Jordan the manager left anytime I've ever ordered there has always been some problem. Today I was supposed to receive pizzas that I ordered yesterday to be delivered at 1:45 today manger calls at 2:10 states he's just now starting on the pizza because he was the only one there and the driver wouldn't be at work for another 15 minutes, which I understand right now because of COVID but we had a party scheduled at 2 and only had an hour to have the party reason for ordering the day before! pizza still isn't here at 2:38.Wish manager would have called ahead of time that way we could have cancelled our order and went with someone else.

Ordered pizza on Thursday for a scheduled party at a nursing home on Friday asked for it to be delivered Friday at 1:45 Marcos calls at 2:10 and states he's just now starting the pizza because he is the only one in today and the driver won't be at work for another 15 mins.. I understand being short staffed because of COVID but... This was ordered yesterday!!!! Our party was to start at 2 and only had 1 full hour for the party. You could have called us in advanced so we could have went a different route and got pizza somewhere else. Ever since Jordan which was management left this store has sadly went down tremendously. Everytime we order from here there's ALWAYS a problem. And only reason we order from them is because our company has an account with them.

Omg! Ive been trying local pizza after moving and this place definitely wins as the best Ive ever had! Definitely recommend! I never review so you know it’s exceptionally good if I actually took the time to do this. I don’t even like pizza all that much and I’d eat this for breakfast lunch and dinner. 20/10
