I actually don’t understand. I was there with my son today and I just can’t believe the service that i got. I got there and used the kiosk to order my food because I wanted to try the mcrib my son was RAVING about that we had gotten and some other NICER locations in the past. When I had ordered no one acknowledged that I was there. I heard a young man talking about customers poorly and thats when i knew I had to take my son and just leave. I am so peeved at my experience. I will be NEVER be coming back here.
ordered a meal from here and they literally forgot the fries, how they did i have no idea because every meal literally comes with fries it’s like the hardest thing to forget.

This place took over 25 minutes to make my mobile order. People who tried to order at the counter were ignored. The lobby had 15 people waiting for their orders to be made. If I hadn't placed a mobile order I would have left as soon as I walked in. It would have been faster to drive 7 miles to another McDonald's and drive back.
