My brother told me about Ninki and I finally made it there. I'll definitely go back!!!
Let's start with the appetizer was overcooked in deep fried, burnt grease. The sushi was excellent as always. It was just unacceptable to serve the nastiness that they served us. The waitress let our drinks go dry TWICE! They weren't even busy(3 tables was it and she only 2 of them).
Love this place. Service staff friendly, ready to help and always has good suggestions on sushi rolls. Edamame is best in the area.
Parking: Do wish the owners of strip mall would fix potholes.
Wheelchair accessibility: No problem parking or entrance to Ninki's
Honestly, we loved this place so this review isn’t easy to do. We were seated almost as soon as we came in, but 30 minutes go by and 2 tables that were seated after us had been given drinks and food. We were understanding of the wait, but 100% frustrated by the service. Not even so much as a hello was given to us. At the 35 minute mark, the 3rd table to come in after us was greeted and given drinks. That was the last straw for us. 0/10 will not be returning.
Good food always, but man they DRASTICALLY increased their prices
We have wanted to try this restaurant for some time. At first glance at the menu, we were surprised at the prices being as high as they were. We tried and appetizer called “Hot Rock” for around $14.95. (This took quite a while to get to the table, and the restaurant was not at all crowded at 5:30pm when we arrived) Hot Rock ( a big hot rock on a platter) was for us to self cook several slices of beef and mushrooms……..although marinated, the beef was tough and dry after its stay on this hot rock………most disappointed. I ordered “rolls” and my wife had a salad that she enjoyed. My Sushi rolls were bland and tasteless, thank goodness for the ginger slices (very very few served) and soy sauce to make them have flavor. Lastly, and trying NOT to be mean…….our waitress was pleasant, HOWEVER had no business being a waitress on this evening. Unfortunately, she was slow, scatter brained and had to be reminded often of the most simplistic things ( brought the appetizers and needed to be reminded twice that we needed eating utensils, plates and napkins……… Just the same at the end of the experience……..had to ask twice for our check so we could end our ordeal. Atmosphere was nice as one should expect, but we will not return.
Really good sushi place. This is where I had my first sushi roll ever and it made an impression. The fried rice is delicious as well. My brother who doesn’t like sushi loves the tempura shrimp and rice so there’s things for picky eaters too!!
We absolutely love Ninki! Always great and quick service. Food is always so delicious!
Very good sushi, house salad and friendly staff!
I would give 0 stars if I could.Ordered shrimp and scallops hibachi for $28 and got these leftovers. Called back and was told I could get the order for free another time. Went back to get my free order and they messed it up. When I went back I was told they couldn’t fix it. Absolutely terrible

Food was decent. Not anywhere worth the price. Service was extremely slow. The waitress knew nothing about the menu. We actually had to tell her what our entree came with just so we would get all of our food. Won't be back and would advise to avoid.
Love this spot! Great service, food, and prices!
I didn't like sushi rolls, but the sushi I ate here was so good. So I ordered the food I ate again and took a picture.
Great food and service at reasonable prices and large menu selection.
Food and service are always good; but it's a little more pricey than other sushi places in the area... especially for lunch.Would love to see a lunch combo special that includes a sushi roll, salad, soup, and drink for around $10 to $12.
