I recently OSAKA and had an amazing experience! The food was incredibly delicious and fresh, with authentic flavors. The service from the staff was also very friendly and professional. We tried Osaka for the first time last night, and it did not disappoint. I ordered our food for pickup, and the employee answering the phone & taking orders was very polite, friendly, and professional.

We both selected the Hibachi Shrimp Dinner, and were pleasantly surprised by how quickly it was ready. In under 15 minutes from ordering to paying, and then heading home with it.

Our Hibachi Shrimp Dinner included hibachi grilled shrimp, hibachi grilled vegetables, fried rice, hibachi soup, and salad w/ sesame dressing; it was ALL absolutely fabulous, and very nicely priced.

The fried rice may actually be the best that I've ever eaten (my hubby raved about it also), and all of the hibachi grilled foods were excellently cooked w/ the hint of butter, lemon, and soy while letting the natural flavors shine as well. Both appetizers, sesame dressed salad & hibachi soup, were equally delicious and well flavored. I can honestly say it's hands-down the best hibachi I've eaten since Nagasaki closed, and it's MUCH cheaper.

Overall, the entire experience from ordering to enjoying our order was fabulous, and possibly created the best date night in, ever!!!!! Osaka was professional, friendly, quick, very reasonably priced, and served us high quality food that was excellently prepared.

I'm highly recommending Osaka and for only $40.00 for TWO Hibachi Shrimp Dinners that included everything Japanese food lovers would expect from a hibachi dinner, it's definitely where I'll order from frequently now!!!!!

We did take out this evening. I ordered online and the estimated time was 25-30 minutes. My husband went inside at 30 minutes and had to wait another 30 minutes for the food. Then, when he gets home some of the food isn’t even right. Instead of chicken lo mein, we received chicken fried rice and instead of crab rangoon, we received potstickers. Then, as I’m eating my chicken hibachi, I cut into a piece of chicken and it was not even cooked all the way. Being a pregnant woman, eating meat that’s not cooked all the way is uncalled for. I will put a picture in the comments. Very disappointed in the service and the food. I’m not one to usually write reviews but when you pay a price for food, you expect it to be right and cooked!

We have been wanting to try Osaka for awhile. It did not disappoint. We had the Ramen, Katsu Chicken, Hibachi steak and Hibachi filet. All were excellent. The soup was delicious. We didn't try any of the rolls, but we will be going back! A casual, but nice atmosphere.

Called for to go order, first thing I asked was if sushi was 30% off (Monday-Wednesday apparently) she says yes. I proceed to order them leave to go pick up. Calls me 5 minutes later and tells me they were in fact not 30% off. Beware of specials and menu prices that they advertise. Told them to cancel my order and went with old faithful- wasabi sushi on Burkhardt.
