The pizza Is the best around and every now and then if they forget a sauces they will send it back out immediately always consistently good pizza

So, this review is long overdue... I want to get straight to the point. Ordered pizzas from a major chain competitor and wow was it bad, but followed it up with an order from Newburgh, IN Papa Johns a couple of weeks after. We were blown away by the contrast in the 2 experiences! Speed, cost, accuracy, food quality, food flavor, and service were all top notch on this visit. Fast forward again a week or so and we decided to see if they could match that experience, and they certainly delivered (pun intended). Just wanted to be sure to share that Papa Johns Newburgh has been delicious and exceeded expectations consistently now for a period of a few months and maybe 4 or 5 orders...thank you for making dinner delicious and an easy decision!

I have never had a worse experience with papa john’s than this past Saturday.For starters, The pizza took forever. The pizza thing wouldn’t load or they didn’t change it, so i thought it was just broken but no. It was supposed to deliver 9-915. It got to the house at 9:45. Called at 9:30 to the restaurant to ask if it was on the way. The woman on the phone spoke very rudely and said ya it’s coming. Proceeded to not get there for another 15 minutes. We opened the box, the pizza is barely warm 🤣 Like not even under the heat lamps warm. I gave them the benefit of the doubt that they forgot to cook the pizza but no they let it go cold entirely. And the pizza isn’t even cut all the way through. Congrats you guys earned worst experience at a papa john’s! If there’s a way to get my money back i’d love that, so i can use it at a different restaurant. thanks

We will never go to this Papa John’s again. These kids got our pizza wrong and stated it was our fault, we would have to pay for the pizza and to have it delivered. We had a carry out on the original order.

my wings are chicken nuggets and there was just drizzled bq on it not happy with that at all. and the bread stick are sooooo oily. they also gave us one cheese sauce are u guys poor or smth?

We ordered 2 10pc boneless wings. We received chicken nuggets with very little BBQ sauce on each. They looked absolutely nothing like what's advertised on the app. We have the same nuggets in our freezer. Will never come back. I have some pics but of course it won't let me upload them.

We have had deliveries many times. A major fail this time. Did not contact us in the usual manner.
Ran by children! Do not order from them! If by a miracle you get your food it will be cold and disgusting. Service is garbage took me calling corporate for them to issue a refund after waiting 2 hours for a $75 order. All the rude teenage manager wanted to give was a credit to my account, like I would ever order from them again! Save your time and money!

The boneless wings were just nasty. Pizza bowls and oreo bites were really good! They always forget the drinks and extra sauces so make sure you check for them!

These guys are absolute clowns. They’ll take your order and money but there’s absolutely no telling when or if your pizza will arrive. Papa John’s is a great brand but this franchise shouldn’t be allowed to exist.
