Ordered our pizza by phone, was told 30 minutes. Went to pick it up and was told it would be 20 minutes more. Waited 20 minutes, went in and told it would be another 15 to 20 minutes. I told them just to cancel my order. Doubt I will be back. Basically it was going to be an hour and fifteen minute total wait time. I'd been fine with that if they told me that to begin with.

Put a future order in which was 3pm and was pick up was 6:15pm went to go pick up order and they haven’t even started it yet. And the lobby was full and said it would be an hour be it was made. Terrible service. Do not recommend this location.

Food was hot and fresh. Service was not the best, considering the rush being new years eve. Expectation of an overcrowded lobby and lower than usual service wasn't a good combination for a great experience. Out of the five large pizzas ordered,we all enjoyed it, as it was quite delicious.

These guys always do a great job for me whenever I visit. Yes, they are busy, and it's a lot of work to work there! However, I find that they make my pizza correctly.Parking: Parking does get busy as there is not much room, but I usually find a spot!

Skimping on sauces a lot, barely any in pizza when I ask for extra, and the cups when I order extra are less then half full.

Relaxing atmosphere. The breadsticks are delicious as always. I actually prefer them to any other pizza place in town. We got the Hawaiian Luau (minus the almonds), and it was so amazing. The pure cane root beer and orange cream soda is delicious, too. Absolutely no complaints here. Thanks for the good food.

Service was fast. Only complaint would be my parmeson bread sticks were pretty dry and didn't have much of the flavor on them. But they were busy so I don't fault them.
I can't say enough good things a lot this papa johns. My order is always right and usually done early. My food is always hot and delicious. The staff are polite and courteous. The deals are always great. Thanks for the excellent job papa johns! Pics are of the Philly cheese steak pizza and cheese sticks. Yum!
