Will never go to Subway again!!!
Well I ❤️ this place better then subway
And I think I have a interview but my email doesn't say when do I'm hoping it's this week any day but Monday
Of course prices ain't cheap but look who our president is , it's his fault America is in a slump
Slow, expensive, and they prioritize mobile orders over people in the store that have been waiting.
Addition: Per Penn Station's request I sent them a message regarding the encounter I had. I will add it here because it is much more descriptive.
I went in to this location and spent almost $50 on two sandwiches, two drinks, a large fry, and some cookies. Which is already very expensive but my wife who had literally given birth that morning wanted Penn station so I wasn't going to argue and just dealt with the fact that the food is wildly overpriced for what it is.
What actually made me mad was standing there waiting for about 20 minutes, watching my food get messed up when the woman making sandwiches put American cheese on my Philly cheese steak. Rather than immediately correcting it and making a new one, my sandwich was apparently pushed to the end of the line while I watched 7 other people all either walking in, GrubHub, or mobile orders get their food and leave without any explanation as to what had happened as I stood there and waited, needing to get back to the hospital. The older woman processing payments and making sandwiches seemed completely out of it and totally incapable of doing her job correctly without having to be handheld through everything.
No apology was given, and it wasn't until I said something to the lady who appeared to be the manager on site that I was rudely told that my sandwich was messed up and had to be remade, not explaining why I got shoved to the back of the line.
I will not be going back to this location and will actively tell this story to anyone suggesting eating there, or probably any Penn Station for that matter as the cost alone already put me off and the ineptitude combined with rude response from the staff tells me this location and Penn Station as a whole is generally not worth the obscene amount of money that they want for a sandwich.
The food is excellent! The fries are in my opinion the best in town. The prices are steep. But other then that it's a clean place, great food, and the service is great.
Cashier wasn't friendly and didn't seem like she wanted to be there. Specifically ordered my sandwich with no onions and I think they added extra onions. Food isn't cheap so I expect to get what I pay for. Nothing like the Evansville East side location where they act like you actually exist.

We went for the first time on Saturday 10/26/24 at 9:20pm in Newburgh, IN ….and the 2 girls that were working told us they were closed!!!!
on the internet it says they close at 10pm!!!
One of the girls was rude and the other just stayed quiet! that's wrong, if they want to close or if they need time to clean they should change the hours on the internet and not lie, there are people who drive 15-20 minutes to get food.

I wouldn't recommend. They don't value their customers. Too many other sandwich shops in walking distance to waste my money on the nasty sandwiches we received. The worst part the owner made the sandwiches.

Misleading menu and specials, and the portions are not worth the insane prices. The employees were also rude and acted like taking your order was an inconvenience. Never again.EDIT: I see Penn Station sent their generic response, but my partner already contacted them the same day and received the RUDEST and most condescending e-mail from a man named Jeff Kelsey. I've never seen such unprofessional correspondence from a company. They've lost my family's support because I refuse to spend money with a company who allows their reps to talk to paying customers like dogs.

I ordered a regular BLT sub. I was not expecting to receive a footlong piece of bread with three strips of undercooked bacon on it. Total cost of my meal with $18. I believe this to be very overpriced the inside of the restaurant appeared to need some cleaning as over half of the tables had mess left on it for previous customers and a few of the chairs had some sort of liquids spilled on them. The value of the meal I received was not on par with what I paid. I will not be returning because I believe it for the price. I paid for a piece of bread with three strips of bacon on it. I could have went to a steakhouse and got a ribeye
