I have been in the drive thru for 45 minutes and there are still two cars in front of me.

Only 2 employees working at lunch, after 5 minutes asked another customer how long they've been waiting, 25 minutes he said, just left, could've said how long wait was

Waited a while ordered a 12pc combo they got half of them right the other half wrong the number doesn’t work so I have no way of telling them and there soda machine must be messed up my sprite tasted like straight carbonation.. They usually do great and very friendly

Chicken had a bad taste I think it was cooked a few days before. Biscuits were hard as rocks and hard to eat. Slaw had bad taste only taste like miracle whip mashed potatoes also had bad taste. Got it to go and got it home and the 2 of us couldn't eat anything took it and put all of it in trash can. We have decided never to go back. I see now why they only had 2 people there.

Been to this store in particular multiple times and the service Ive been getting is pretty consistent every time, whether im dining in or dining out. Never been in a fast food chain with such slow service. It is frustrating to see a bunch of demotivated employees standing around, barely wants to work. There is no team work among workers and no since of URGENCY whatsoever and as a customer I felt like most of them are just there to kill time. It's a shame cause this is a nice chain, just ran poorly!

So I walked twenty minutes with my two dogs to the Popeyes in Newburgh. To be greeted by friendly employees. Again I walked there and the employees told me that the dining room was not open due to insufficient staff members. They told me I could go through the drive thru and they would take my order at the window. So I proceeded and they noticed my two dogs. Which in turn they were exceptionally nice to the two dogs more than a person would be. Food and service was way beyond what is required of someone. So hats off to the Newburgh Popeyes staff. Definitely a place to go. And because of your kindness to people and animals. You will always be the first place I recommend.

Would give zero stars if I could. Made me wait 10 minutes in a parking spot for popcorn shrimp that would be fresh.

Low and behold i get home to a bag of food that has no popcorn shrimp in it.

I thought that is get better service being that this place is in Newburgh. So far, I've had 2 raw chicken sandwiches from this place (because everyone makes mistakes). I assume their ghost pepper wings aren't selling as fast because I just spent 7mins in the drive through explaining to the woman that I DO NOT WANT THEM. She kept trying to convince me to get them. Meanwhile, I am worried about getting to work on time.

Recently purchased a 3-piece chicken dinner via drive-thru. When I arrived home, I discovered an error in my order. When I returned to the restaurant a day or two later to complain, the manager was there. He was so kind, accommodating and apologetic, and replaced my meal quickly and with a smile on his face. Chicken was freshly prepared. Recommend.

Overall no complains. They get very busy on Sunday and get a little behind but the staff seem to be committed. Will continue to eat their chicken.

I sat in the drive thru for almost 40 minutes waiting on the staff to bring my order. They had the doors locked so I had to bang on the window to get their attention that I was still there waiting. The food when I finally got it was cold and missing my fries.

Customer service is horrible. Will not be back.
