If you love breading that is so sharp it will cut the roof of your mouth, this is your spot. If you enjoy the taste of grease with a shred of chicken, eat here. If you love contemplating if you should've gone somewhere else for 20 minutes in a drive thru... Whoa buddy you are in for a treat.

Today was my first experience at this restaraunt. I did a mobile order to pick up in the drive thru. First, there were absolutely no cars in the drive thru. However, there was a lengthy delay before anyone came to the speaker. Made me wonder if the person working the drive thru was goofing off.I then proceeded to the window and was given my food. However, I was not given the drink I ordered. I then had to wait at the window until I was noticed. The guy at first acted like I was stupid and then acted really lost when I told him I didn't receive a drink. He stumbled around and then acted like a light bulb came on and found the drink and gave it to me.My order was for a chicken sandwich combo. I had seen reviews on this sandwich and wanted to try it. It was an excellent sandwich, neck and neck with the Chick-Fil-A's sandwich very, very good.However, I can see why this establishment has reviews menioning poor customer service. The gentlemen working the drive thru today appeared to either be poorly trained, have a poor attitude, or be unmotivated or all of the above. I gave the review 4 stars because the food was good but the customer service was slightly lacking.

The last three attempts at this store have galvanized me to never go to any Popeyes ever again!!It's apparently impossible to get any employees who actually work or care enough to do their jobs.The product could be great if only the employees actually facilitated it.

Multiple times it has taken 15+ minutes to get help at the drive-thru speaker. Don’t stop here unless you have 30 minutes to sit in drive-thru. This store is strugglin’.

Old food cold fries hateful staff. Order always wrong. Stayed parked at the window while they searched the whole restaurant for salt packets? Strange...And why do you get a mobile order number and the app specifically says " give them your order number" then you get there and they can't find it so they ask your name instead? Why are such simple things over complicated? And how hard is it to smile? I'm on the receiving end of horrible service yet I still smile. They could too. It was not busy. One car in front of me. I don't appreciate the old cold food.
