As a DoorDasher, I will not be delivering from this place for at least a little while. My last experience was tonight. However it has not been the only experience that has been subpar. Tonight, I had several drinks to pick up. They were not ready on time, they had no straws or spoons, and they were not in carriers. I grabbed some spoons and didn’t even see how many, (I grabbed about 5 and there were 3 ice creams). The manager came up to me and said that they do not usually give spoons with delivery orders. I have to protect my ratings and they should try that too. Overall subpar or below average service. Also most of the time when I show up, they act as if I am not even there until I say something.

Why every time I come here and get a slushy or a milkshake I gotta take it home and remix it myself. You guys are so lazy just dump the ingredients and flavor at the bottom then dump the ice or ice cream on top and make it look pretty. Tired of paying for this bs.

CRIMSON HAWK

Today I waited over 32 minutes for a ASAP drink order I placed five minutes before I got to the store. Newburgh Sonic has been sliding down hill. My issue here is when someone waits over 32 minutes for three simple drinks the manager needs to start comping drinks until they get things under control.
So anyway when I spoke to the manager she said that she has a person in training and people need to be more understanding. Also refused to refund drinks.

One of the most popular places in Newburgh. It is mostly staffed by high school kids that work hard at both this job and all their school work plus activities like marching band. I think they do great for the volume of business they have . The prices are reasonable and the app always has good deals . When you support Sonic you also support our community and our awesome Castle Knights kids by creating flexible jobs for them !
